Size 300x200x100 mm (thick) with center key stone size 300x300x100 mm thick laid on 25 mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone, laid in approved pattern complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing Garden Bench (Victorion ) at places of SMS Town Hall is made of cast iron having height of 78 cms and seating lenth of 150 cms width 65 cms (Three Seats) it may very also as per requirement and both sides of garden benches is connected with tube of 65x25 mm having 16 gauge, having four legs for support purpose and one M.S Support at middle of the benches of extra strength and durability with hand rest and all sharp and rough edges of benches is to be grinded with grinder. and this benches is having the provision of hold-fast system (for grouting ). Approx weight of each Benches should not be less than 100 kg. complete with a coat of red oxide and with two coat of enamel of quality paint to give an even shade in green/any other colour finally specified by engineer incharge . Benches is finally assembled with nuts & bolts (fasteners) for fixing at the as per drawing/photographs. Bench is Suitable for three persons sitting as per photo enclosed. Supply will be taken at site.

Stucco work in lime surkshi mortar (1:2) as per traditional practice and design as per existing ornamental triangle motif thickness upto 200 mm . The mortar should be prepared in grinding mill only as per attached photographs and direction of engineer in charge
