Construction of Machhrewa Irrigation Project Dam and Pressurized pipe irrigation network

Construction, operation and maintenance of Machhrewa project on Machhrewa River distt. Narsinghpur with minimum gross storage capacity of 72.38 MCM on turn key basis (with maximum submergence of dam is 635.87 Ha. out of which 381.53 Ha. Forest Land ) . Construction of a Pressurize irrigation system to supply water through the Rising/ Gravity mains by pressurized pipeline system for micro irrigation to deliver at farmers field upto 2.5 ha with a duty of 0.36 lit/sec/ha and maintained up to 20 ha chak, keeping the discharge of minimum 8 times the duty at 2.5 hectare and at least 23 Meter Residual Head at each 2.50 ha chak for Micro Pressurized Irrigation (Drip/Sprinkler) by rotation without exceeding a total power requirement of 20.40 MW in the Culturable command area of 16375 hectare, fully covering the entire compact and contiguous possible arable area and any arable area found in excess should be dropped at the tail end as indicated in the index map for Micro Irrigation System The work includes all activities i.e. survey, investigation, designing, drawing, obtaining approval from competent authority, procurement, construction of Machhrewa project with all allied work, electrical, mechanical works and construction of Central Spillway with Radial Gate or other suitable surplussing arrangement. i/c hoisting arrangement, gantry crane, stop logs, energy dissipation arrangements, all instrumentations, gates automation, illumination on dam including SCADA and construction of earthen dam. This work also includes construction of coffer dams , necessary dewatering , river diversion, diversion sluice if required. Preparation of land acquisition cases and R&R cases and compliances, pursuing for final award, preparing, complying and pursuing cases for obtaining statutory clearances including forest, environment clearances from respective department of GOI and GoMP, preparation and submission of Rehabilitation & Resettlement Plan (R&R Plan) , construction of permanent all weather road ,river training, provision of environmental Sluice and Deck slab bridge , foot bridge etc with anti corrosive primer and epoxy painting as per IS code for all component of steel structure , model study of the project .Construction , Planning & Design of dam control room, generator room and staff Building with procurement, supply and erection of DG set of required capacity for operation of all components., including inauguration & foundation stone laying ceremony and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge and as per details given in scope of work. It includes all activities starting from survey, investigation, designing, procurement, construction, laying, installing, energizing, etc of pumping system, sub station, control building, surge protection, rising and gravity mains, main line, branch lines, distribution network, controlling and regulation system etc for supply of water for irrigation under pressure with SCADA and automation with construction of approach roads as per PMGSY , residential & non residential building The work also includes Watch and ward, Management, Operation and Maintenance (MOM) for the period of 60 months after completion which includes 60 months of defect liability period will run simultaneously.
