(a) Dismantling the Kirloskar Brothers Ltd make auxiliary dewatering pump Model -BHR 28/1 STG Pump Sl.No. 1530-183002, 0/A No.- 117120069/1, Total head 10.00 M, Size - 200 mm , Rated flow - 59.70 lit/sec, Pump input - 7.54 KW, Speed - 950 RPM, Prime mover rating- 11 KW for attending repair work including disconnecting and removal of motor, complete column pipes (M&F), coloum pipe (F&F), impeller shaft, transmission shaft, intermediate shaft, head shaft, motor stool, impeller, bearing spiders etc., complete, removing the wornout bushes, shaft, sleeves from pump shafts for inspection including all labour charges, minor tools , GST etc.. Complete. (b) Assembling the dewatering pump after fixing the sleeve to the shaft, fixing the bushes to bearing spider, fixing the CI bush to the housing, fixing the check nut to the shaft, thereafter assembling the pump including replacement of required spares as per the direction of EIC, the bottom suction strainer, bell mouth, pump bowl column pipes (M&F), coloum pipe (F&F), impeller, impeller shaft, transmission shaft, head shaft, bearing spiders, after fixing the '0' ring & keys in proper places and alignment. Refixing the Pump base, motor stool, coupling the motor after cleaning, all the parts with wire brush/chipping/buffing painting with one coat of marine quality redoxide primer, followed by two coat of marine quality paint including column pipes and trail run and testing the pump operation etc., complete. including cost of all labour charges minor tools , GST etc.. but excluding cost of spares required for the work which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.

Making the column pipe flanges strengthening supporting steel flange, making suction strainer made out of steel, making CI bush for the housing making the brass check nut for the shaft, including cost of steel plate, steel rod, oxygen gas cylinder, calcium carbide, welding electrode, cost of CI shaft, brass shaft, machining charges, cost of marine quality primer, marine quality paint, including cost of all materials, minor tools, transportation charges, GST etc., complete.
