S&F in replacement of GI Strip of size 32x6 mm laid in trench/wall/floor etc at for connecting to earthing grid system by welding/nut-bolt of suitable size complete all as specified & directed. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

S&F in replacement copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm laid on wall/floor with ceramic insulator connecting to earhing grid system with suitable size of screw complete all as specified & directed. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Material & labour Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement aluminium strip of size 25 mm x 3mm with insulator and nut bolts to be fix/lay down on wall/floor/ roof complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for construction of PCC earthing chamber of size 300mmx300mmx300mm (internal size) with 80 mm thick wall in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover of suitable size to cover earthing pit including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , installation, testing of Advance maintenance free environment friendly,CPRI approved earthing 10 feet length, 17mm dia earth electrode made high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, moleculary bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonded thickness 250 micron) with terminal to connect incoming strips with 02 bags (25 Kg each) of environment friendly backfill compound with ROHS test certificate for each. The remaining space will be filled with soil and the top of the earth pit covered with high Density Polymer Earth Pit Chamber cover of dimension (300mm x 300mm x 214mm) with locking seal as to achieve the desireed ohmic value including dismantling of old earthing complete all as speified and directed. Note Soil Resistivity must be measured and submitted. M&L for taking down/disconnecting of pump of capacity 25 HP to 40 HP from mortar and foundation, transport from work site to workshop and back after repairing and installing/testing the same including painting & marking of SM / MES number with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Required material such as bushes, shaft grinding of shaft, impeller, bearing, bearing house, locking pin, gland cap, coupling etc shall be included in unit rate quoted nothing extra shall be paid to contractor. (ii) The font, style & place of writing SM/ MES number with synthetic enamel paint on pump shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for taking down/disconnecting of electric mortar of capacity 25 HP to 40 HP by removing all electric connecting from penal/starter/foundation and coupling transport from site to workshop and back after repairing and installing/testing the same including painting & marking of SM / MES number with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Required material such as bearing, terminal, rewinding with super enameled copper of existing guage, varnishing etc shall be included in unit rate quoted nothing extra shall be paid to contractor. (ii) The font, style & place of writing SM/ MES number with synthetic enamel paint on mortar shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of foot valve of size 100mm/150mm made of CI/DI including leather gasket complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40 mm thick RCC pit cover, etc complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
