S&F GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore with all necessary fittings laid in trenches/under road crossing/fixed on pole/wall/under floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete all as specified & directed

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100V grade, heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed incl taking down of old/unsv cable complete all as specified & directed for following sizes :-

16 sqmm 4 core

10 sq mm 2 core

6 sq mm 2 core

Dismantling old concrete poles any size/length including connected items complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Steel tubular electric pole, swaged type, type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) complete with CI base plate, bolts, nuts & screws complete all as specified & directed including the following jobs :- Notes:- (a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding 1.5 m wide & 2 m deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers not exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metres. (b) M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation 600mm x 600mm x 1500 mm (planting depth) for concrete encasing the pole upto GL. (c) M&L for Providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth block /Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 450 mm dia. (d) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide black bands/strip 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 m above coping level.

S&F in repairs PVC cable loop box size not less than 200mm x 140mm x 95mm, outdoor type, duly fitted on wall/pole with suitable clamp, nuts, bolts & washers incl to accommodate & incl one no of MCB SP 6 amp, 'B' series, suitable aluminium with bus bar of 3 phase porcelain insulated connectors incl suitable size of lugs & gland for Incoming and outgoing cables,complete all as specified & directed.

S&F energy saving LED street light fitting, pressure die-cast aluminium IP 66 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source comprising with electronic driver and all accessories pre-wired, fitting to be mounted on new/ existing GI bracket complete all as specified & directed for the following wattages :- (Note :- New GI bracket with clamp shall be measured and paid seperately in respective item)

M&L for servicing of ACB 800/1200A rating by disconnecting and taking out the breaker after taking power shut down of the respective panel and overhauling/ servicing the ACB by opening all parts and cleaning of electrical contacts with CTC/rust remover, lubricating electrical moving parts with petroleum jelly and mechanical moving parts with grease & applying Becktrol red solution to the surface of the bus bars and spouts, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints and replacing defective spare parts like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers etc, including testing, calibrating , refixing the circuit breaker and making it functional complete all as directed and specified

M&L for Repair/Reconditiong of exisitng earth pit by removing damaged Earth PCC chambers and excavate pit soil upto 25% of earth plate/electrode and adding alternate layers of charcoal, mixture of salt and copper sulphate up to 15cm above the earth plate/electrode and moist the mixture using water,cleaning/replacing of funnel with wire mesh whereever necessary , testing the earthing after reconditioning and earth resistance value must be within 1.5 Ohms, making good to distrubed surface and complete all as specified and directed at site. Note: Rate quoted shall be inclusive of excavation, returning filling and connected items.

S&F in replacement of laying earth continuity conductor GI Strip 25 x 4mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for direct/loop earthing with proper PVC/Porcelain insulator etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/replacement of damaged earth chamber with pre moulded PCC earth chamber with cast iron cover of size 300mm x300mm x 50mm including provision of funnel, wire mesh necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including paninting , marking of earth values with date complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Testing of earthing resistance of existing earthing using calibrated 3/4 wire digital Earth resistance tester and recording the earth resistance value in register obtaining the signature of user and MES excecutive after varification complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor has to provide digital earth resistance tester and should be available all the time during the contract period.

S&F in replacement of Saftey protection relay 415 VAC, 3 Ph 4 Wire, 2 C/O with adjustable under voltage,over voltage, on delay,Neutral fail protection for LT Panel complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T Cat No MAC04 D0100 or techno-commercially equivalent in ABB/Siemens

S&F in replacment of Power contactor , 3/4 pole, 415 Volts, 265 Amps, 50 Hz, AC fixed in the existing ATS LT panel board including connecting up incoming/ out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old U/S UG cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LT UG cable 4 core x 16 sq mm 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , flat steel armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including,cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing and commissioning complete including taking down existing LT UG cable of any size at site all as specified and as directed.
