Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation , drains, pipes, cables etxc (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width)and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan ,depth upto 1.5 mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr for cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation incld. all leads, lifts and all carriages upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 mix (1 Cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agg.40mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. Including all leads, lists and all carriages. Upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cements concrete M-10 of specified grade 1:3:6 mix using 20mm normal size Stone agg. Including all carriages from source to site Excluding cost of shuttering

Centering shuttering strutting propping etc, and removal of formwork

P/F of ornamental grill including fixing in position

P/F of steel balls on grill top complete job

P/L in position RCC M-20 grade using 20mm Normal Size stone aggregate & curing but excluding cost of formwork complete job

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting bending and placing in position and binding all complete.

Painting on grill work two coats including primong coat of approved brand and manufacturing complete job.

Applying 12mm thick cement plaster in (1:4) cement sand mix.
