REPAIR MAINT OF ROAD INCL ROAD SIDE FURNITURE, UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NW) KUNJALI, COLABA, MUMBAI

Repair to potholes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. Cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming complete all as spcified.

M&L for preparing existing bituminous surfaces/ concrete by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a prime/ tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen VG-10, 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with the help of pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with min 6 % binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 Tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹65 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side.

Preparation of black bituminous road surface and applying thermo plastic road marking paint (including dashes, arrows, letters etc) minimum 2mm thick, with an applicator machine and heated mixer, with stirring mechanism at temperature 160)C, laid uniformly with width as directed, paint conforming toBS-3262 part I & II of 1989 etc, complete as per manufacturers instructions all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge,

S & Fix in repairs Direction CAT's eyes of size 100x90x19.80mm, two sides acrylic plastic reflector of make confirming to ASTM standards and fixed with epoxy/nail complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Installation in repairs of solar round stud made of Poly carbonate ABS moulded body and shanks and PC top 3 Nos super bright LEDs on each side , also has dimond grade reflectors on each side for improved visibility size of stud is 113x70mm with 15mm above the ground when installed weight=780+/-20 gms, 1 No 1.2 V rechargeable battery, 2.5V, .25-.30Wsolar panel, visibility upto 600 mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for portable speed bump PVC speed breaker, 250x300x50mm size including of provision of anchor bolts, epoxy mortar grout and design complete all as specified and directed
