31.33 Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah typeM.S.pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work:-

31.33 (ii) M.S.pedestal of size 750 mm wide , 900 mm high , 300 mm deep and bottom totally open , duly embeded in cement concrete block of size 900 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster , having a base of size 1050 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level

31.4 Supply and erection of PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable single core 1100 volts grade in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe.

31.67 Supply and erection of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1Mtr. Below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of sutiable size socket/cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

31.68 Supply and Erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3mm thickness with base plate including cost of nut and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacture including cost of foundation accessories etc. The foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanized pole complete with door locking arrangement. Terminal plate consisting of 2 Nos. 100 A, 4 pole natural links including connectin etc. with suitable connecting arrangement for 2 No. MCBs/ Kit Kat including cost of R.C.C 1:1 5:3 for foundation of size 0.7M x 0.7 M x 1.8 M with minimum 8 Nos. 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm C.C for fixing the pole with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

31.83(ii) Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of 16 Mtr. long High Mast manufactured from B.S.E.N. 10025 or equivalent grade material in, 2 (two) section hot dip, galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part-3 suitable for 9/12 Nos. Luminaire loading fully motorized (power tool) with starter & cable complete along with standard accessories supplied by the manufacturer with 3 nos. steel wire rope doubledrum system and twin dome aviation light with LED without foundation but including cost of set of foundation nut and bolts, installation at site complete in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Long with coller pipe (Gl) 75mm dia 60 cm Long top covered with ornamental cap duly welded painted 2 coats of aluminum paints on bracket and golden paint of ornamental cap including the cost of labour and petty material etc. complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge of the work.

N.S - 3 Supply and Erection of LED street light lumanaries of Havells make Endura PLEARL NEOSL 60W LED or its equivalent model and specifications of Wipro LR02-671-xxx-57-xx /Phillips BRP409LED 060CW make with die cast housing, toughened glass IP66 with all acessories as supplied by the manufacturer with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the Entire Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

N.S - 4 Construction of RCC foundation for 12.5 / 16 / 20 mtr. high mast complete in all respect as per the appended design including the cost of digging sand filling 6" lean concrete 1:8:16 / bricks souling, Bar binding cement concret (M-20) shuttering, fixing of foundation bolts, refilling, carrying and erection of High Mast on foundation including petty material to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work. (Foundation bolts and template to be supplied by department).

N.S - 5 Supply and erection of 32/63 Amp. 3 Phase automatic time switch of L&T make alongwith contactor of required capacity of L&T make movement controlled by precisaty quartz osciliation operation on main supply of continue to run on built in rechargeable nickel cadium cell for 150 hours in the event of power failure including cost of contractor complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

N.S - 6 Supply and erection of 0.3 KVA capacity inverter with SMF battery for aviation light in existing panel including the cost of labour charges and connections and petty material etc. for complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work. Make of Invertor :- Lumineous / Microtek / Sukam - Make of Battery: Exide / Amron.

N.S - 7 Supply & erection of double door (Indo Asian / Havells / standard make) sheet steel enclosure distribution board (Suitable for MCCB as incomer and MCB for out going circuit bu t with out cost of MCCB / MCB etc. The distribution board duly recessed in wall / surface mounting necessary connections with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work
