Installation of Solar operated LDTW (5 Nos) AT Mouza-Lakshmanpur, Hatilot and Gangadaspur in Salboni block in the District of Paschim Medinipur under Midnapore (AI) Division under Matir Shristi Programme for the F.Y- 2025-26.

Drilling

Drilling of bore hole of suitable diameter upto required depth by water jet system through any type of soil including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, other tools and plants etc. and taking out same all complete and other incidental works in this connection. The bore hole shouid have minimum 65 mm gap in between outside of the tube well pipe and bore I) For lowering 100mm. dia GI/PVC pipe

II) For lowering 150mm. dia GI/PVC pipe

Labour charges for lowering of pipe, strainers, blank pipes etc. and fitting, fixing the same including cutting, threading where necessary complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in this connection. i) 100 mm dia UPVC pipe with bottom cutter, screen (ribbed) pipe, blank pipe.

ii) 150 mm dia UPVC Housing Pipe

Supply of gravel for use as pack in the tube well of 2mm to 4mm size (As per IS:4097) and gravel treatment of tubewell including screening washing, cleaning etc. of the gravels at the site all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying, fitting and fixing including supplying of suitable jointing compound for fixing in position, threading, if necessary etc. all complete. a) 100 mm dia C I/ steel cutter piece upto 450 mm long with socket.

b) 150 mm dia GI threaded top cap fixed in position.

c) 80 mm dia plug of approved make conforming to I.S. Specifications.

Washing and development by pumping with 30 cum per hour capacity pump for a period till sand free water comes out and the discharge is about 30 cum per hour, followed by final yield test; inclusive of all tools, plants and scaffolding and hire charge of submersible pump, generator etc. all complete.

Making arrangement and showing verticality test including cost/hire charges of necessary tools and plants, scaffolding, labour etc. – all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Charges for mobilisation of drilling equipments, tools & plants etc and transportation of departmental materials from sub-divisional store to work site and returning excess departmental materials if any, to sub divisional store after completion of work .

Electrologging of bore hole of different dia tubewell for locating water bearing strata and saline aquifer, if any, after conducting relevant geophysical tests. All test reports, compiled data and raw data sheets should be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge (Cost is inclusive for all charges for equipments, labour, data aquisition and compilation of data sheets as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge).

Materials

PVC pipes of nominal dia 100 mm , wall thickness 5.0 mm , conforming to IS : 12818/1997 (medium casing) .

150 mm nominal dia 7.5 mm wall thick PVC Casing (medium casing) pipes as per IS : 12818/1997 .

PVC Screen (Ribbed) Pipes of nominal dia 100 mm (O.D. 117 mm) , wall thickness 5.0 mm, conforming to IS : 12818/1997 .

PVC socket of size 150 mm x 100 mm as per IS 12818.

3 Core 2.5 sqmm Flat Weather Proof Copper PVC insulated heavy cable as per IS Specification (Brimsin or of any other reputed brand as per direction of EIC).

80mm dia 6 mm thick heavy duty M S supporting clamp with 2 nos. 12 mm dia 65 mm long bolts, nuts, washer on each side for holding Column Pipe.

Supplying 80 mm dia GI union with ISI mark

Supplying 80 mmx 50mm dia reducing TEE with ISI mark.

Supplying 80 mm dia GI plain bend with ISI mark

Supplying fitting and fixing 40 mm dia PVC control valve as per approved make quality as direction by EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. plate of size 20 cm x 20 cm,thickness 6 mm, make of two halves (20cm x 10 cm), placed over Housing Pipe of LDTW to rest the supporting clamps, with semi circular hole of 90 mm dia. at centre including locking arrangement between the two halves on both sides, including fitting, fixing of 25 mm dia. G.I. bend by making a hole on plate for passing submersible cable smoothly and complete in all respect.

Supply of lay flat hose of 75 mm nominal size polyster reinforced lay flat hose ( the hose should have wall thickness 1.3 mm workimg pressure 3.0 kg/sqm & brusting pressure 9 kg /sq m. The lay flat hose should have a standard length od 100 m roll.

Solar Module

Solar Module: Supply, transport, installation and commissioning of lSI marked Solar Modules as per following specification: 1. Cell: Indigenous mono crystaline silicon SPV cells 2. Solar Module: Monocrystaline cell with PERC technology/ module with bifacial cell. 3. Standards: ISI marked as per IS 14286 and having certificatio of IEC 61853(1), 61730(1&2), 61710. 4. Modules must qualify to IS 170210 (Part-1). 5. Min. Efficiency: 19.5%. 6. Fill factor: More than 75%. 7. Module wattage mismatch in the SPV array: within +_3%. 8. Wattage output wrranty: Should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. 9. The power output of individual PV modules used in the PV array, under STC: minimum 300 Wp. Necessary test certificates also to be supplied. (d) For 5HP Off-grid / On-grid Solar Water Pumping System with Monocrystaline/ Monocrystaline PERC/ bifacial SPV modules- 5400-5800 WP. Consider 10 nos. of SPV having 540 Wp each.

Module Mounting Structure ( For 2HP, 3HP and 5HP Solar Water Pumping System): Supply, transportation & installation of G.I manual tracking/ Fixed structure made of MS hollow sections, pipes, plates, angles etc as per IS: 4923, IS: 1161/ 1239, IS: 1079/ 2062, to hold min 300 VVp SPV Module as per drawing and technical specification. The steel structure is to be protected with minimum 80 micron galvanisation (hot dip) and provided with fixed arrangement or dual axis manual tracking arrangement three times in a day and seasonal tilting to face the sun optimally. Consider 1 no. of Manual Tracking Structure for 6 module structure having weight 350 Kg each and 1 no. Manual Tracking Structure for 4 module structure having weight 280 Kg each. Total weight of structure = 350 + 280= 630.00 Kg .

For 6 module structure

Cable and Accessories :Supplying, fitting and fixings of UV rated Copper Cable laid inside HDPE conduit and other accessories as per followings with necessary connection with the Solar PV Module, MPPT etc. i. 4.0 Sq mm single core multi studs - 5m(for 1HP/2HP/3HP) & 20m(for 5/7.5/10/15/17.5/20 HP) ii. Lugs, HDPE Pipe, Flexible Pipe, Saddle, Cable tie etc b) For 2 or more structure per structure with 9m distance between sturctures.

Earthing: Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of 8 swg on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages

a) Lighting System at Scheme: (with lighting Pole) : Dusk to dawn lighting arrangement of at 4 mts height above ground level, with Hot dip galvanised 80 mm x 50 mm , medium duty pipe, with 12 V, 15Ah 2-in-1 Lithium ion/ Ferro- Phosphate battery with in-built 7-11watt LED lamp , 50 Wp solar panel (min 19% Eff.) to cover the scheme area. The lighting system should be warranted for 5years from the date of installation.

b) Lightning protection (Pole mounted): Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 6m + 1 m height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (Medium) 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. including connection to earth electrodes with 25 X 6mm G.I strip. (Provision of one lightning protection for each scheme as per drawing)

Supply and installation of 3 phase AC electromotor pump-motor set with speed of 3000 r.p.m(synchronous speed) suitable for Solar applications and shall have 60 months guarantee for the following conditions including loading, unloading, transportation etc.:- (Refer technical specification for more detail) d) 5 HP 3 phase AC Pump-Motor set having discharge at required head as below:-

Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work

Comprehensive maintenance charges for 5 years (which cover monthly inspection, Yearly training to WUA, to attend breakdown within 3 days and to keep the scheme in operation without lapse of time)c) For 5HP both for Submersible & Surface pump Note: Total comprehensive maintenance charge is to be withheld in addition to Securirty Deposit . Comprehensive maintenance charges will be released @ i) Rs. 0.80 for 2 HP, ii) Rs. 0.80 for 3 HP, iii) Rs. 0.60 for 5 HP/ 7.5 10 HP/ 15 HP/ 17.5 HP and 20 HP Submersible & Surface per Wp per year at the end of each maintenance period i.e. at the end of 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year & 5th year. In case the “Bidder” does not provide service during the warranty & comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited.

Remote monitoring for 5 years: Provision for remote monitoring for the pumps must be made in the pump controller through an integral arrangement having following basic functions: a. Controller must be assigned with a unique serial number and its live status must be observed remotely on online portal through login credentials. b. Live status must indicate whether controller is ON/ OFF. The parameters i.e. the water output, water flow rate, in fault condition, array input voltage/ current, power and motor frequency should at logged at an interval of 10 minutes c. Controller must have a back up to store the data locally ( at least for 1 year) supply & installation of GSM/GPRS based Data Transmitter or Modem and to provide remote monitoring service to transmit the parameters to central server from the solar pumping system with time stamp at user-defined interval and report generation at the buyer end. (Refer Technical Spec.)

Cleaning and washing of modules once in a month with clear water to remove deposited dust and dirt on the module surface and keep the modules clean throughout the year. The activity to be performed for eight months in a year excluding four monsoon months. A log book should be maintained at thr site for the said purpose.

Insurance @ 2% to be of item no-3.01,3.05,3.08,3.10 ie Note: 2 1st year's Insurance is to be paid on production of Original Receipt of Premium pay,ment, Remaining 4 years Insurance payment is to be withheld which will be released during 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th year on production of Original Receipt of premium payment.

Distribution chambeer and Platform

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with 25 mm to 30 mm thick hard wood plank including fitting and fixing and striking out after completion of works.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur variety.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction . Tor steel.

65 mm thick1.2 m internal diameter R.C.C ring made with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone chips and 0.80 % reinforcement (including the cost of shuttering and reinforcement ) cast at site fitted and fixed in position after proper curing true to plumb including jointing with cement motor 1: 2 complete as per direction.

Supplying fitting and fixing 80 mm dia medium quality GI pipes as per IS specification with all necessary accssories, special viz. socket, bend, tee,flange etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes , making threas, fitting fixing with necessary nuts & bolts, rubber insertions etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required and as per drawing & specification and as per direction of EIC.

Supplying fitting and fixing 75 mm dia PVC control valve as per approved make quality as direction by EIC.

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. In Ground floor: (iii) Two coats.

Making 80 mm dia GI Column Pipes

Labour charges for loading of 80 mm dia GI Pipe into trucks, carts, boats etc. at lifting point and unloading the materials at the destination and stacking the same as per direction including carriage by head load upto a lead of 100 metres at each end.(To & Fro).

Carriage of 80 mm dia GI Pipe over pucca road upto 5 km distance.(To & fro).

vi) For carriage of 80 mm dia Beyond 5 km and upto 50 km. (For 39 Km).

Cutting out & threading 80 mm GI Pipe

Labour charges for fitting & fixing of 80 mm dia GI Socket .

Supply of 80 mm dia GI Socket with ISI Mark.

Sign Board

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 900 mm x 1200 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.

Add GST for work value @ 18% or as applicable as per Govt. rule.
