Providing and fixing pre-painted galvalume (PPGL) steel profile sheets AZ-150 of brand Tata Bluescope steel, Everest Industries Ltd., JSW Steel Ltd., Jindal India Ltd. or equalavent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with aluminium zinc coating 150 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping aluminium screws (Xylan) of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying preparing and priming the reinforcement steel with epoxy zinc. Primer or epoxy anti- corosive paint (Conforming to having IS/ BIS certification) including the cost of all materials, labour, minor tools etc.

Supply and application of epoxy concrete bonding agent (confirming to and having BIS 6319 certification) and over clean and properly prepared old concrete surface to give good bonding between old and new concrete, including cost of all materials minoe tools etc.

Supplying and fixing foam work and shuttering to receive the micro concrete including cost of all materials, all labour charges, minor tools etc. complete.

Supplying and applying high strength non shrink cementinous free flow concrete (with minimum 28 days flexural strength 50kg/sq.cm and compressive strength 500 kg/sq.cm as per BIS 4551-80) for above water level on site to enable completion of pouring in a continous operation. An approved grout concrete mixture of slow speed heavy duty drill and exact quantity of water as recommended should be poured into the vessel slowly and mix the same throughly in a forced action. The mix materials should be placed immediately to position foam work continously to an average thickness of 50mm without any gap including all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in postion facias and eaves board with 19mm thick make Green ndure wood plastic composite (WPC) board or equivalent having termite & boarder proof, Fire Retardant, water proofing restant, 30cm wide including fixing with nuts and bolts etc. complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastner shall be paid for separately) : Superior hard wood category-II. (A)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding, panelling which will be paid for separately. Superior Hardwood category- II (A) 35mm thick shutters.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes including black enamelled ISI marked M.S butt hinges with necessary screws. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated superior hardwood cat-II (A). 35 mm thick.

Providing cement concrete surface drain with 1:3:6 (1-cement, 3-sand and 6-graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) finished with 1:4 (1-cement & 4-sand) including floating coat of neat cement inside the drain and its top & exposed surface including earth work in excavation and disposal of surplus earth etc complete.
