Supplying and fixing Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement post insulator epoxy LV type suitable for aluminium/GI/copper strip 25x4 mm lightening conductor fixed on wall/roof/pole including screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement post insulator centrally threaded epoxy LV type suitable for holding threaded aluminium/copper AT rod 12mm dia fixed on stand post including screw complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep and making good surface for laying /removing of cable all as specified and directed by Engr in charge and getting out in:-

Soft/loose soil

Hard/dense soil

Soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil to distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above, the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply & Laying in replacement of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 77 mm and inner dia 63 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in replacement of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 90 mm and inner dia 76 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in replacement of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 120 mm and inner dia 103 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 45 cm and depth 50 cm for laying of pipe for laying of UG cables and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/ passing through pipe/fixing on walls, floors etc incl using suitable clamp of cross sectional area 2 core 10 Sqmm in and including taking out old one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix straight through joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5/4.0 x 25-50 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix straight through joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 70-120 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix straight through joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 150-185 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supplying and laying GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia incl all accessories for encasing cables for mechanical protection , laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/floor or along poles with complete accessories such as bends/sockets/reducers/saddles incl necessary threading/drilling works including taking down old tubing all as specified and directed.

M&L for maintenance free grounding Solution set earthing comprising of Earthing rod , outer pipe in GI and having minimum diameter of 76mm, 3m in length and inner pipe to have minimum diameter of 32mm, both end properly welded to make them airtight. GI terminal size of 100x50x6mm with 2 Nos M8 holes for termination area in between two pipes filled with dry type chemical powder having high conductivity and make sure no air pockets are left. Electrode must be tested for short circuit test of minimum 40 KA at CPRI/NABL. The earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5 Mtr. The bore drilling will be done with the help of Pneumatic boring machine, 50 Kgs BFC will be placed in the bore to cover the earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in Slurry form in properly mixed condition. The Earth pit cover Square 300x300x240 mm to be provided to cover the earth Pit and shall be made of reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying the weight of 5 Tons. Make : U-PROTEC or equivalent in Ashlok earthings/JEF technology NOTE :- (a) Rates of boring 3 Mtr for earth electrode, GI strip 20x3 mm & 40 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr from earth electrode is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance <3 ohms is not obtained, earthing will be rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (c) Test certificate from the OEM has to be produced by the contractorfor the material used in earthing including taking down old unsv earthing.

Taking out old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box panel and supply, installation, testing & commissioning, dust, weather & vermin proof L.T feeder pillar box (approx size 1.5m x 0.5m x 1.0m) factory fabricated (panel shall be got manufactured from any manufacturer duly approved by CPRI) outdoor cubicle/KIOSK type totally enclosed outer cage fabricated with 3.15mm thick MS sheet with frame made of MS angle iron 50x50x5 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440V 50 Hz system, with hinged panel doors on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/ rubber/ wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/ vermin etc, inside the enclosure. All the holes shall be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry/exit with & including necessary internal wiring with stranded PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor cables of adequate size. The kiosk/ box shall be powder coated internally /externally of approved colour. Quoted unit rate shall be deemed inclusive of PCC foundation, angle iron legs of 90cm above ground level made of angle iron 50x50x5mm & the following accessories:-
