Overall accessed maintenance cost for maintenance of electrically operated over head travelling cranes flame proof / non flame proof (EOT) single girder/ double girder of any type capacity (FP & non FP) of 2.0 tonne capacity installed at Air Force Station Udhampur comprising of electric motor for long travel, hoist motion, creeping micro speed and electrical control panel consisting of MCCBs/main switches, step down transformer, contractors, HRC fuses & mechanical wire rope with drum, brake unit, gear boxes, oil levels, motor bed ends, electrical control cables etc. throughout the time period of the contract comprising of material, labour and T&P for routine, periodical, preventive maintenance or breakdown repair to make EOT crane functional at all time all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (12 Crane= 6 double girder + 6 single girder) Note: (i) All spare parts required during maintenance shall be meausre and paid separately (srl No. 3 to 23) (ii) The maintenace of crane throughout the contract period shall be responsibility of contractor shall quoted accordingly. (iii) Crane job include (12 EOT crane). (iv) Periodicity for above wks is two month. (v) Minor items such as hold fastner / clip GI pipe for fixing contral / LT cable is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Attending complaints of single girder/ double girder, any capacity and type EOT cranes at AF STN Udhampur, of any capacity, of any nature on emergency call given by concern Engr-in-Charge, JEs by providing skilled service engineer/ mechanic for locating the electrical and mechanical fault and rectification the fault on the same day to the entire satisfaction level of the executives complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Spare parts required for rectification of fault shall be measured and paid separately as supply and fixing in replacement. (ii) The contractor will be responsible for providing T & P to the personal deployed, as per requirements for rectifying the fault(s). (iii) Site visit by the contractor /service engineer / mechanic for any number of time required to make EOT crane serviceable condition /upto satisfaction of user will be considered only one job, cost deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Any minor parts which is not included in BOQ but required for satisfactory operation of EOT crane deemed to be included in quoted rate. ach. Supply only brake adjustment of any crane of any capacity including load testing in presence of user / GE's rep complete all as specified and as directed. (i) The load for load testing and shifting arrangements of load shall be made by the contractor and quoted rates are deemed to be included for this aspect. (ii) The load testing for LT/CT/hoist motion shall be done in the presence of Users and a rep detailed by the GE . (iii) A performa for load testing of each crane shall be maintained and all the parameters mentioned in the performa shall be tested by the contractor and the record of load testing shall be maintained,duly signed by all concern

Supply only dismantling of unserviceable rotating shaft & keyways from travelling crab and transporting to & fro to workshop for checking & repairing and making new keyways including inserting new key as per existing/site requirement for fully functional of EOT crane complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for Load testing of Single girder/ double grider FP/ Non FP EOT Gantry cranes of 2.0 tonne capacity at full load capacity including making arrangements of dead load complete all as specified and as directed

M & L motor rewinding of 0.5 to 01 HP, 415 volt, 3 phase with and including super enameled copper conductor as per existing weight, size and design etc including varnishing baking and testing after taking down unserviceable / worn-out winding of flame proof / non flame proof motor mounted on rail complete all as specified and as directed

Rewinding of motor capacity 02 to 03 HP, 415 volt, 3 phase with and including super enameled copper conductor as per existing weight, size and design etc including varnishing baking and testing after taking down unserviceable / worn-out winding of flame proof / non flame proof motor mounted on rail complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down/out travelling crab of double girder 2.0 tonne capacity, electric operated gantry for rectification of fault and re-installing with and including replacing bearing 5607- 01 No, bush- 01 No , gear- 01 No of make and size as exists, welding, turning, grinding etc and making necessary connections including testing complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling & taking out of gear box of EOT gantry 2 Ton capacity, for rectification of fault & re-installing the same including replacing of unserviceable bearing, buss, gears of existing make and size including turning, welding, grinding and testing complete all as specified and as directed

Topping up gear oil with fresh/new gear oil HD90 suitable for gantry complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down damage / broken rail assy for EOT crane electric motor (Electrically / Mechanicaly) with making smooth surface of welding portion by iron amry paper/ brushes etc. The repair work with replacement of damage / broken rail assy shall be carried out with ERW (Electric resistance welding) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note 1:- Upto 02 (two) RM MS rail assy as per existing shall deemed to be included in quoted rate Note 2:- Each upto 02 (two) RM patch work shall be measured as a separate job.
