Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving of any description not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) including removing materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MoD land any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete including removing demolished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25 mm thick , as in roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but nexc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm and , in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured (Printed) tiles, 450 mm x 300 mm x 7mm thick, in dado skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:3 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour Machine cut Kota Stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pilar laid over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and jointed with and and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Note: Rendering shall not be measured and paid separately).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ( liquid ) conforming to IS : 2645-2005 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down, with sand papering surface to achier smooth surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of any tent/ shade over a coat of wall care putty including washing of floors cleaning of glass, joinery, electrical fitting etc of drops complete all as specified & directed

M & L for Preparation of old decorative plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & painted surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of any tent/ shade over a coat of wall case putty including washing of floors, cleaning of glass, joinery electrical fittings etc of drops complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming, rubbing down with sand papering of surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying three coat of white wash including washing of floors cleaning of glass, joinery, clectrical fitting etc of drops complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling by washing, rubbing down, stopping of decorative surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment and applying three coats of white wash including washing of floors, cleaning of glass, joinery, electrical fitting etc of drops complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster, any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning the roof surfaces and prep[aring it for further treatment and removing rubbish from site, complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof with 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.5 kg/ sqm APP modified polymeric APP based polymeric membrane non wooven polyster reinforcement without mineral finish to be laid by torch application method. On the dried surfaces applying one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 300 grms/ sqm with torch application laid with over laps of 100 mm joints of traverse direction and 75 mm at longitudinal direction, duly thermofused by flame torch flame application method and over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm (1:4) on concrete surfaces mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture instructions, finished the surfaces fair and finished including onecoat of aluminimum paint @ 0.11 kg/sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of roof sheets (corrugated, semi corrugated) in roof coverings including removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 25 mm bore, galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing in repairs Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on galvanised iron pipes with copper/aluminium/GI strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: MS/PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

Refixing of old serviceable tilted Air termination rod of any size and type after straightening and dressing with and including suitable nuts, bolts and washers to earth strip including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) MS/PCC work shall be measured and paid separately. 2) Nuts, bolts and washers shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Supply and fixing in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to buildings / equipments / plants or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 20 mm x 3 mm thick, copper strip using porcelain clit/post insulators with fixing screw including brazing and nut, bolt at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of old serviceable copper/GI/aluminium strips of any type and size after straightening and dressing and fixing in existing position with new saddle/connector /insulators with screw and making good disturbed strip including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: saddle/connector /insulators with screw shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for brazing of broken/ loose connected copper strip of any size and type not exceeding 3.2 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm in thickness including bringing of necessary machine at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
