Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil for removing/laying of pipe line, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/materials, not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking up unserviceable GI water main (including all fittings) complete all as directed and specified for the following bore of pipes:-

(a) 20 mm bore

(b) 25 mm bore

(c) 40 mm bore

(d) 50 mm bore

(e) 80 mm bore

(f) 100 mm bore

Supply & Laying Galvanized iron tubing, medium grade with all fittings and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 20 mm bore

(b) 25 mm bore

(c) 40 mm bore

(d) 50 mm bore

(e) 80 mm bore

(f) 100 mm bore

Relaying galvanized iron tubing with all fittings after cleaning internal surface of serviceable pipes by using of wire brushed and cleaning throughly with fresh water and taking out mud/soft deposited inside the pipes in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes: Note: Old GI pipe retrieved under item No. 4.00 above shall be used for relaying.

(a) 20 mm bore

(b) 25 mm bore

(c) 40 mm bore

(d) 80 mm bore

(e) 100 mm bore

Taking up CI water mains (including all fittings)with spogot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and removing leads, complete, all as directed and specified for the following bore of pipes:-

(a) 100 mm bore pipe

(b) 150 mm bore pipe

Supply & Laying CI pipes with spogot and sockets centrifugally cast class LA in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 100 mm bore pipe

(b) 150 mm bore pipe

Relaying CI pipes with spogot and sockets ends after cleaning internal surface of serviceable pipes by using of wire brushed and cleaning throughly with fresh water and taking out mud/soft deposited inside the pipes in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes of CI pipes :- Note: Old CI pipe retrieved under item No. 7.00 above shall be used for relaying.

M&L for Cast iron pipes with flanged ends/verticaliy cast, Class A, in any length, laid in trenches of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

S&F Cast iron sluice valve of size 150 mm bore heavy duty (PN-1) with flanged ends, brass spindle any pattern with iron wheel head conforming to IS including jointing and jointing materials, nuts, bolts,rubber gasket and washers including taking down old sluice valve etc complete all as specified.

All as per item No 11.00 abov but of size 100 mm bore.

Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and refixing of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified.

Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and refixing of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified.

Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and refixing of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified.

S&F Valve, reflux (NRV) with by-pass arrangement, complete of size 100 mm (4") dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable Cast iron fittings up to 150 mm bore pipe including burning out lead joint, complete, all as directed.

Supply and laying cast iron fittings for spigot and socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type, (Straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs suitable for bore of pipe up to 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

Burning out lead joints in position including removing of old lead from the work site leeping aside for ruse or remove to store all as directed for following CI pipes :-

(a) 80 mm dia bore

(b) 100 mm bore pipe

(c) 150 mm bore pipe

Run lead joints except lead and pipe for pie and pipe spun yarn complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note: Old lead retrieved under item No. 7.00 & 19.00 above shall be reused

(a) 80 mm dia bore

(b) 100 mm bore pipe

(c) 150 mm bore pipe

M&L for Run lead joint complete with all jointing materials for the following sizes:-

(a) 150 mm bore

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable stop valves of following size:-

M & L for Cutting cast iron pipes and reducing to required length before laying of following size :--

Taking up U/S 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random (co polymer) pipes(including all fittings) complete all as directed and specified for the following bore of pipes:-

(e) 110 mm bore

M & L for 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random (co polymer) pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches of size 20 mm dia

All as per item no 27.00 here in before but of size 25 mm dia

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangementsin existing valve pit and removing of old / rusted MS cover all as directed.

Demolition of cement concret in ground floor nexc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed byEngineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub Class 'B" bricks straight or curved on plain exciding 6 meter mean radius in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cills, bed plate, coping, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work on concrete surface and even smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for detecting carefully the fault location of GI/PPR pipe leakage taking out the/remove the faulty portion of pipe from undergound all length respectively inc connecting/testing on completion all as directed by EIC. (i) Excavation & earth work shall be deem to be included in the unit rate of this item of work.(ii) Lead joint shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of this schedule (iii) Actual detected fault shall be paid under this item. Dummy located trail shall not measured & paid under this item

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm depth with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:3:6) type CI (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron 3 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements, hinges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft loose, soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 48.00 here-in-before but valve pit of size 60 x 60 x 60 cm.
