A) Removal of following existing unserviceable components of various MES F/DB/FD/TP/MAP furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, paintin ,glueing, providing hinges,denting, placing everypart in-tact , as applicable as per drgs. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units/ Married Accn of GE(East) Lucknow Cantt .Barabanki Mil stn including BSO Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Table Office Officer Steel :FD-84/1003 or similar type

a) Legs, as per drg

b) Lock of drawer/shutters(Make-Godrej/Harrison/Ebco/Mydas/Reena) as per drg

c) Repairs to Drawer/shutter by replacing old u/s parts with new parts including tinkering/denting, welding, etc with roller channel as approved by EIC . all as shown, as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Chg.

d) Stiffeners as per drg

e) PVC Shoes std quality all as per drg

f) Welding the joints of legs / square tube as per drg

g) Top shall be made of 18 mm thick prelaminated EDHMR/HDHMR board BSL (Action Tesa/ Century Ply/ Geenply/Archidply) 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make-Rehau/Pegasus/Kynex shall be fixed allaround the top with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine complete rest all as per drg & colour of top shall be approved by EIC/GE.

Table Office Clerk Steel :FD-84/381 FD 1004 or similar type

a) Legs, as per drg

b) Lock of drawer/shutters(Make-Godrej/Harrison/Ebco/Mydas/Reena) as per drg

b) CP Handle as per sample/as per drg

c) Legs as per drg

d) Repairs to door as specified including replacement of hinges

e) Repair/adjustment to existing shelf including welding as per drg

f) Shutter/door as per drg.

g) Shelf as per drg

h) adjustable shoe shall be provided on legs with welding 3 mm thick MS plates below legs complete rest as directed by EIC.

Almirah Medium / Small Steel: FD-1032/FD-104(m)

a) 6 lever locks (Make-Godrej/Hettich/Harrison/mydas/Link ) as approved by EIC or as per drg

b) CP Handle as per sample/as per drg

c) Legs as per drg

d) Repairs to door as specified including replacement of hinges

e) Repair/adjustment to existing shelf including welding as per drg

h) adjustable shoe shall be provided on legs with welding 3 mm thick MS plates below legs complete rest as directed by EIC.

a) Welding wherever required as directed by E-in-Incharge

Chair Verandah :FD-19, FD-256, FD-359/MAP/11/MAP-II/15

a) Conduit section any member of MS conduit pipe 16G, 19mm dia including painting with primer as per drg.

b) Welding joints of leg of 19/20mm MS tube & other joints as per drg as directed by EIC

c) Hard rubber shoes as per drg and as directed by EIC

d) S&F new PVC seat & Back(Make-Amko/Comfo/Classic) with MS centre stiffner as approved by EIC

e) Removing old unserviceable cane from chair verandah & recaning the chairs etc with approved new plastic cane 4 mm wide half round as per Matt Pattern all as specified(colour of cane shall approved by EIC/GE)

Locker Steel: FD-1029/257/SKD-562

(a) S/S Hasp & Staple as approved by EIC

(b) Repairs to door/shelf including replacement of hinges including welding as approved by EIC

c) S&F new MS Shutter/door as per drg.

Charpoy IP Ply Top: FD/MAP-II/01

a) 12 mm thick plywood top BWR grade (Make-Century ply/Greenply/Archidply /black cobra) as per existing shape and size with shunken nut/bolts ,appropriate hole shall be made with elecrtic drill machine complete rest all as drg and as directed by EIC

b) Hard rubber shoe std quality as per drg

c) Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

Chair School with hard board :FD/E6/MAP/05

(a) One piece seat and back (Make: Blowplast/Supreme or equivalent ) as per drg.

b) Hand rest shall be made of 18mm thick prelaminated HDHMR board BSL (Make-Century ply/Greenply/Archidply/Action tesa) in colour/shade as approved by EIC/GE with 2/1.6 mm thick PVC edging of Make-Rehau/Pegasus/Kynex shall be fixed with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine including fitting complete rest all as per drg.

(c) Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC.

a) 9/8 mm thick plywood top BWR grade (Make-Century ply/Greenply/Archidply /black cobra) as per existing shape and size with shunken nut/bolts ,appropriate hole shall be made with elecrtic drill machine complete rest all as drg and as directed by EIC

b) Hard rubber shoe std quality as per drg

c) Welding work wherever required with FI as directed by EIC

Chair Revolving /Chair computer MAP drg/TP or similar size

(a) S&F new seat made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with fabric polyproplene /acrelic (range of fabrics not less than Rs 350/ Rm)and mouled polyurethene foam/PU 40 Density with PVC lipping all round complete all as shown on drawing.

(b) All as above but back complete.

(c) PU arms as per drg

(d) Complete pedestal assy std quality complete all as per drg and as directed by EIC.

(e) Supplying and fixing new twin wheel castors of required dia as per sample complete all as directed.

(f) Supply & fix new chrome free cylinder tube shall be fixed complete all as per drg and directed.

(g) Supply & fix new Locking lever assembely as shown in drawing complete all as directed.

Double seater desk with two seater/single seater TP

a) Complete box shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated EDHMR/HDHMR board BSL (Action Tesa/Century Ply/Geenply/Archidply),colour/shade as approved by EIC/GE and with 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make-Rehau/Pegasus/Kynex shall be fixed allaround with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine complete rest all as per drg.

c) Welding frame wherever required as approved by EIC

d) complete repair of chairs as directed & approved by EIC

Chair Writing /wrting chair MAP/TP or similar type

(a) Taking out old/unserviciable seat and supply & fixed new seat made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with acrylic/poly propylene fabric( range not less than 300/RM) and polyurethene foam 50 mm thick and 50 density (Make-Sleepwell"primo cool")/Godrej/komfort) with PVC lipping all round complete all as shown on drawing.

(b) All as above but unserviciable back complete.

(c) Arm rest of chair writing steel & supply & fixing new PU arm rest as per drg

(d) Preparation of old painted surface by scraping & rubbing and applying two coats of painting with brush complete frame before fitting of above parts as per drg.

(e) Taking out unserviceable/broken frame and S&F new MS tublar frame powder coated as per drg.

f) Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

A) M&L for painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint with shade as approved by EIC/GE over a coat of primer through spray machine , both internally & externally to the following furniture articles, all are of MES pattern viz F/FD/DB/MAP series or Similar items including removing of dust, dirts,dents etc and removing of existing paint both internally & externally , applying putty to level the surface before primer/painting, all as specified and shown on drgs and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units/Md accns of GE(East) Lucknow including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
