Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of any type except batten or conduit, (Light, Fan, Socket or power) complete incl fittings, DBs, MCBs and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc in cm and applying two coats of white/colour washing/distempering etc to match the existing surface complete all as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Material & labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi stranded, Fire Retardant conforming to IS 694-1990 PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLSH in existing PVC concealed conduit of not less than 20 mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including brass screws, washers etc, Sunk Zinc coated pressed steel terminal boxes, making good to walls, ceiling etc including two coats of white/colour washing/ distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover concealed in wall with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated copper stranded conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one, one way switch 05/06 Amps.

All as per Item No 2 here-in-before but one bell point controlled by one bell push 05/06 Amps.

All as per Item No 2 here-in-before but one ceiling fan point controlled by one, one way switch 05/06 Amps.

All as per Item No 2 here-in-before but one exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 05/06 Amps.
