M&L for preparation of plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper including over a coat of putty in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of reinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description onbricks or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm cement plaster in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of interior emulsion over and including one coat of birla white wall care putty over a coat of alkali resistant cement based primer on wall/ceiling etc surfaces & smoothening the surfaces with sand/emery papers etc including complete removal of existing treatment of any description before applying complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces on new plastered walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm but n.exc 2.00 Sqm Each including all iron mongery (without removing shutters) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames without taking off shutter from the frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, pendants, regulators, sockets etc and making good disturbed surface by using cement mortar, white cement, putty etc and match with existing surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Sub main wiring with aluminium/copper conductor, any type/size complete with/without conduit and remove from sitecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, FRLS, PVC insulated, single core, unsheathed, multi stranded 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable drawn through and including concealed PVC rigid non metalic conduit of size 20 mm, on ceiling/wall, with and including continuous 1.5 Sqmm, FRLS, PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly and including sunk metal sheet enclosure rectangular terminal boxes of suitable size and white cover plates suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets etc complere all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cost for cutting chases and concealing the conduit pipe in existing wall shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Conduit shall not be concealed in ceiling but fixed on ceiling surface only.

Taking down existing Ceilling Fan / Exhaust Fan of any size and and cleaning oiling gresing and refixing its orignal position and replacing of check nut & bolt, quarter pin etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI steel tubing 50 mm bore, light grade, IS Marked including all fittings, laid in trenches,fixed on wall with clamps complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide for laying of HT cable, poles, pipes etc and getting out including of dressing/trimming sides and levelling, grading and ramming of bottom excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed, at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fine and dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing a layers of sand 8cm deep before laying and 15cm deep after laying the cable including stretching the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L brick protection cover cable of "Sub class 'B' laid dry over cable (length of brick shall be laid across the length of cable) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing/road and making good after laying of cable/pipe with 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B-I including finishing to match existing surfaces complete all as directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 12,558.00 to be deducted during AOC.
