Providing and fixing reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete using TMT bars of approved make at all levels including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: 1.The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at terms & conditions specified. TMT bars manufactured in the approved make brand name shall only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation, yield strength, Bend rebend test etc. 2. Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost. One sample comprising of three specimens shall be collected for every 25MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractore at each satge right from sampling of testing .All charges ,transport taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor. 3. the contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost. 4. 1.60mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractore at their own cost and will not be measured for payment . 5. Other condtion as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .
Providing & laying in position Design Mix REINFORCED CEMENT CONRETE of M-25 grade at all heights using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including machine mixing, weigh batching, mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing and cost of labour, machinery, and materials etc. complete as per specifications but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement. (Minimum Cement content shall not be less than 387kg/cum of concrete.)

Providing and fixing best Indian make C.I. flanged NON-RETURN VALVE along with a pair of C.I. tail pieces conforming to IS: 5312 (part - I), making necessary flanged joints, providing all jointing materials, testing the valves and joints for 10kg/cm² pressure with clean and potable water for minimum testing duration of two hours etc. complete.
Supplying and installation of best Indian make pressure gauge for water line including making joints, supplying all jointing materials including providing and fixing 3/8” SS ball valve, 3/8” brass, elbow nipple, bush etc. complete including testing the pressure gauge and joints to 16 kg per sq cm pressure with clean and potable water with minimum testing period of two hours duration, all as complete as per drawing and specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Welding of M.S. windows/doors or any other member of any size any-where in RRCAT premises at all heights including scraping of existing worn out joint welding of joints using approved electrodes to achieve 3mm weld thickness of required weld length including removing flux, debris etc., painting one coat of steel primer touch up, grinding of joint before painting including safe removing & refixing of glass if necessary etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Making rubber tyton joints (Push on joints ) to C.I./D.I. S&S Pipes and specialsof following sizes including providing and fixing suitable sized rubber rings/gaskets confirming to IS 5382:1985 ENSURING LEAK TIGHTNESS, POSITIONING THE PIPES IN PROPER ALIGNMENT, LINE ,LEVEL ETC. COMPLETE INCLUDING COST OF NECESSARY LUBRICANTS, TESTING OF JOINT FOR PROPER PERFORMANCE ETC. complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC spun pipes (Class NP2) of IS : 458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at all depths including cutting to length, jointing with hemp yarn and C.M. 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, testing etc. complete.
Extra for erecting steel scaffolding unit up to 24.00 metre high using vertical pipes made of 40 mm n b , M.S. pipe of 25 G thickness and horizontal pipes made of 40 mm n b , M.S. pipe of 20 G thickness, fixed vertically & horizontally at spacing not exceeding 1200 mm resting over base plate of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm below vertical pipes, diagonal bracings shall be made of 40 mm n b , M.S. pipe of 20 BG thickness, tying all junctions with standard M.S. couplers including providing & fixing sitting unit made of closely spaced Bamboo Challis, having approximately 40 mm thickness tying the whole unit with existing reliable supports ,safety barricades at working level dismantling the same as & when required including screws ,nails etc complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Note:1) Only one time Plan area shall be measured for payment of this item for complete retrofitting work of one over head water tank. De-assembled scaffolding material shall remain contractor's property. 2) The various items contained in the schedule already includes scafolding hence nothing extra against such items is payble nor this item shall be operated for scafolding of such items.
Materials & Labours for cutting ‘U’ shaped groove of approx. 25mm (W) x 25mm (D) along the construction joints with a chipping tools and filling the "U" groove upto 25 mm depth & 25 mm Width with Crystalliing modified Mortar or equivalent as approved after application of Crystalliing slurry or equivalent as approved in the groove by brush application @ 0.035 gm/ RM including cleaning of rusted reinforcement bars and treating the same with eppoxy coating, excluding scoffolding etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Fixing of nozzle where ever required for grouting of porous concrete structure including cost of grouting materials, labours and tools & plants,excluding scoffolding etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Materials & Labours for unique chemical treatment for water proofing, protection and repair of concrete @ 1.6 kg/Sqm in two coats after filling the cracks and faulty construction joint repair using Patch N Plug or equivalent specifically designed for waterproofing having waterproof characteristic, it should highly resistant to chlorides and sulphates. Concrete Waterproofing by Crystallization" and have satisfactory test report from approved laboratory showing clear Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM) photographs of dandified and mature crystals formation to plug all the capillary tracks and pores of the concrete permanently and Permeability test as per IS 2720 conducted by CBRI ,the concrete Should not absorbed water more than 1.5 gms and not more than 1 mm from the concrete surface. The product to be listed in ICC-ES EVALUATION REPORT INDEX 2009, 2010 & 2011.
The treatment to be carried out on the concrete surfaces including cleaning all RCC surfaces as per manufacturer's specification/ datasheet, excluding scoffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
