Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stile) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frames shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom raid on either side and as gap insert for top rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Pressed steel frames of size 125 X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, (thickness of sheet shall be 1.25mm) and making good the wall with plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Pressed steel frames of size 105 X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs hinges, locks strike plate etc, (thickness of sheet shall be 1.25mm) and making good the wall with plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete angle as in cup boards (40X40X5mm) conforming to FE-410-W Gde-E-250 quality -A) complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for filling in back of pressed steel door frame/chowkhat and fixing of bed block of hold fast etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 35 mm thick, plain framed, flush shutters the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.
