Repair to plaster patches of 2.50 (two point five zero ) Square metre and under and 10 to 15 (ten to fifteen) millimetre thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to dumping ground within a lead of 20 (twenty metre) with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero decimal six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA company make in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 micron over 5 micron primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 micron over 5 micron primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm.
