Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 20 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by rammeing and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a all leads and lifts in all kind of soils.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38 mm thick with cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1cement : 2sand: 4 stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen ( mexfhalt 80 / 100 or equivalent ) using 1.70 kg. per square meter on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil.

Providing brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above level upto floor two level in cement mortor 1:6 (1cement : 6sand).in Ist class bricks.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4sand) Ist class bricks.

Providing & fixing angle iron door, window, clerestory window frame manufactured from MS angle iron section of 50x50x6mm, thickness including hinges jumb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle hrashold of mld steel angle 50x25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanicla means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb i/c steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provison for locking arrangement and shock observer as specified and aplying a coat of appoved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Chief.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emuilsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smoth i/c applying of putty as required for making the surface.

Finishing wall with weather proofing exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (2 coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the suface to remove all dirt, dust & other foreign matter etc. i/c sand paper smooth complete.

Stone solling properly hand packed filling interstices with kharnja stone & consolidated with power road roller to the required gradient and camber i/c spreading watering & rolling of binding material moorum or earth etc. complete as per HPPWD specification.
