Maintenance of 33kV CSS Feeder No. 1, 2, 3 from 132/33kV Sub-station, Nandira to 33/11kV Central Sub-station, Balanda for a period of one year under GM Unit, Jagannath Area

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 11.00 metre and upto 13.00 metre

Dismantling of Pole/street light standard / strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I., Wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. For a. V Cross Arm -3.1mX11X9.56 kg= 325.996 Kg b. Double Pole Cross Arm- 47.9 Kg x 7 Nos= 335.3 Kg c. Cross bracing FRLSame- 82.46 Kg x 7 Nos= 577.22 Kg d. ACSR Conductor ( DOG) - 16 spans X 60m X 3 Wire= 2880 Mtrs => 394 Kg per Km =>2.88 X 394 Kg= 1134.72 Kg) e. Disc Insulator = 36 Set X 12 Kg= 432 Kg f. Pin Insulator = 54 Set X 6.5 Kg = 351 Kg Total = 3156.236 Kg.

Supplying and errection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head line complete with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 Meters long stay rod,achor plate of size 45 cmX 45 cmX 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 33 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including exavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and Errection of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of pole top/straight two wire /V shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/rail/PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400 mm width X 2800 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying and errction of 33 KV Disc type insulatorfor 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nut, washers etc. as required

Errection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Errection of AAA conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required. (16 spans X 60m X 3 Wire= 2880 Mtrs=> 0.342Kg/m=984.96 Kg)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required. For Pole Cupping (0.5m X0.5m X 1.5m X 10 Nos= 3.75 Cu.m)

Supply and erection of Cradle Guard of one span of length max 50 meter with G.I. wire with 5 staright lines and 40 crossings points including D angle frame (3Mtr + 0.3 Mtr +0.3 Mtr), clamp nut bolts as required.

Total 2 Skilled and 4 Unskilled manpower engaged for Fault finding , Rejumpering ,Overhead Line Meggering for CSS-1,2&3 from 132/33 Kv Substation, Nandira to 33/11 Kv central substation , Balanda,Jagannath area to attend Emergency Breakdown.

Total 2 Skilled and 4 Unskilled manpower engaged for Tree Branch Trimming on and as required(6 members per Day)

Loading of poles from 132/33 KV stockyard and transporting by departmental vechile and unloading at worksite and vice versa

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
