SITC of Self-contained water cooler having stainless steel body and tank (SS-304 grade, minimum 0.8mm Thickness); having cooling capacity of 150 LPH and storage capacity of 150 Ltr; energy efficient compressor using Non-CFC Refrigerant suitable for operation on 230 + 10% V, 50Hz supply, Double faucet, Single sheet moulded drain Tray of suitable width for preventing spillage, water Storage tank cover with locking arrangement & all sides gasket. Compressor, motor and Copper condenser coil standing base of stainless steel, complete with providing water connection with suitable connector (plumbing work, if any) and electrical connection with cable of suitable size as per site requirement.

SITC of 1.5 Ton Inverter type Split AC, 5 star rated, cooling only consisting of indoor unit having copper evaporator coil, cordless LCD remote control and outdoor condensing unit comprising of hermetically sealed rotary/twin rotary compressor suitable for operation at 230 + 10% V, 50Hz supply using non-CFC refrigerent such as R32/R-410A capable of cooling, Dehumidifying, Air-circulation, filtering complete with Copper pipe with expanded polythene foam insulation tubing, making interconnections, drain pipe, insulating tape, first charge of refrigerant, duly painted stand for outdoor unit etc, complete as per site requirement. (Make: as per AAI's list of approved make).

SITC of 1.5 Ton Inverter type Window AC, 5 star rated suitable for operation on 230 + 10% V, 50Hz supply consisting of sealed rotary/ twin rotary type compressor, copper evaporator & condensor coil, filters, complete with cordless LCD remote control & all accessories with window covering/framework of size as per site requirement. (Make: as per AAI's list of approved make).

Supply and Installation of Geyser of Capacity 25 Ltr, 5 star rating, 2000W, 230V 50 Hz AC complete with all accessories as required of make Havells, Bajaj, Usha, Crompton Greaves Ltd. or any other reputed make with prior approval of EIC.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of 300mm , 900 rpm heavy duty exhaust fan (Make: as per AAI's list of approved make)

Installation of exhaust fan upto 450 mm sweep in the existing opening, including louvers, making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Demolishing brick work for exhaust fan opening manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead and giving finishing to exposed brick surface with cement plaster i/c painting as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing all size split type Airconditioner units (i/c indoor & oudoor units) at various locations i/c preservation of existing coolent gas in compressor, copper refrigerant piping with insulation foam, drain pipe & shifting of all material to AAI stores etc. complete as required

Dismantling of existing all sizes Window type Airconditioner units at various location i/c masonary work and shifting of all materials to AAI Stores etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of the existing old water coolers i/c its all accessories and shifting of all materials to AAI Stores complete as required.
