Dismentalling of steel grill existing on boundry wall made up of flat iron and square bars including stacking of material within a lead of 100mtrs.

Dismentalling of G.I sheets of store sheds walls and roof including stacking of same within 100mtrs lead.

Dismentalling wooden frames of doors, windows with shutters including stacking of material within a lead of 100mtrs.

Dismentalling of plywood of store shed including stacking of material within a lead of 100mtrs.

Dismentalling of wooden members of store shed including stacking of material within a lead of 100mtrs.

Disposal of surplus accumulated material around the building and retrieved from dismantled boundary wall, Chowkidar shed including excavating accumulated material wherever required and shifted of the same by Mechanical Transport to the designated sites as directed by the Engineer Incharge Including loading, unloading and carriage upto dumped site complete ( material to be shifted during night hours due to traffic restrictions).

Dismentaling of main gate comprising of square steel bars including stacking of the same within 100mtrs.

Earth work excavation in trunches for foundation not exceeding 1.5mtr in width including dressing of sides & ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil with lead upto 50mtrs.

Labour charges for laying of Cast in situ of concrete work of any mix concrete nominal maximum size of stone aggregate 40mm / 20mm volumetric batching up to plinth level including curing excluding cost of sand, stone aggregate, cement and form work.

Labour charges for assembling and placing reinforced high strength deformed steel bars of Fe 500 grade (conforming to IS 1786-1985) for RCC work including cost of binding wire excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing fixing of Form work with ply film coated to sides of plinth beams including centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc and removal of the same.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 75in super structure above plinth upto floor V-level (by maniual means) in cement mortar 1:6 mix (1 cemnet : 6 coarse sand) including cost and carriage of all materials but excluding cost of cement .

Labour charges for plaster work in cemnet sand mortar 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) 15mm thick on rough side of brick work including scaffolding charges but excluding cost of cement and sand

Supply stacking and spreading goodearth including royalty, load, unloading and carriage upto site of work complete. (Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supply, manufacturing & fixing in position steel grill of approved pattern to boundry wall including appling a coat of steel primer, inclusive of all cost and carriage of materials.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and appling a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel, sqare bars etc; as required for ornamental steel gate for main entrance including cost and carriage of all materials.( Excluding cost of transparent board).

Providing & fixing of fibre transparent board (designer sheets) for fixing to main entrance gate including cost of nuts, bolts and fixing charges all inclusive.

Supply of stone aggregate free from dirt, dust including loading, unloading and carriage upto site of work complete.

Supply of sand free from dirt dust and other organic matter including loading, unloading and carriage upto site of work complete.
