Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. The rate includes royalty as per applicable to make embankment 12m wide, width may very at curves patries. including quantity for filling of drain type trenches along the base of road embankment as they were duged for making embankment previously.embankment width 12M side slope 1:2 New Including Royality Machenically Compacted.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth Work in ordinary soil in makin patries on either side of the road earthwork in patries to be done in 20 cm layer including ramming and dressing the surface to required lavel and true to patri template with side slope of 1:2. (Mechanically Compacted)

Construction of H.P. culverts 900 mm dia NP3 H.P. Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift 1.5mt and lead up to 30M and including filling, filling, watering, ramming of excavation earth and also complete with all respect.

Concrete with 4cm gauge Stone ballast Coarse sand and cement in proportion (8:4:1) in foundation and under pipes including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for propr completion of the work as per S.L. 273

150 Class B/W in (1:4) cement and fine sand 1.25 finess modelus in error in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete as per S.L.No. 305

Supply of 900 mm NP3 Hume Pipe and its coller including cartage etc. complete.

Layaing of 900mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe in proper posistion and joining them with coller and filling of jute and cement mortar in 1:2 cement and sand complete.

Pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement : 3 fine sand) as per DAR No. 13.32
