M&L for spring charging drum and spring for 11 KV Classic VCB all as specified and directed.

Labour for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from 33 KV HT sides of the potential transformer outdoor type of capacity 33 KV mounted on steel structure at 33 KV substation, keeping the disconnected connections at safe side and taking out the potential transformer having following details to carrying out which shall complete of the following ratio :- (i) Primary side (KV) = 33/1.732 (ii) Secondary side (V) = 110/1.732 complete all as per Engr-in-Charge.

Material, repair and labour for lifting , transporting handling the 33 KV potential transformer to workshop and opening top cover of the potential transformer by dismantling the slud, unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc including disconnecting core assy from HT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/body) of the potential transformer complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material, Repairs and labour for draining out burnt oil from the 33 KV potential transformer.

Material, repair and labour for cleaning of the 33 KV potential transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles etc from the bottom/body of the potential transformer and drying/heating up the shell from inside before refilling the new transformer oil of ISI grade complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material, repair and labour for copper winding of coil with same gauge , same no of turns and same material with similar class of existing insulation as per manufacturers specifications and gently refixing the coil in body of 33 KV potential transformer /Current Transformer.

Material, supply and refilling oil of approved quality ISI marked for filling 33 KV potential transformer/Current Transformer.

Material, repair and labour for the top cover incl replacement of cork sheet,/gasket, tightening of nut bolt, washers etc for 33 KV potential transformer.

Supply and labour for new HT pocelain bushing with studs complete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer at workshop for 33 KV potential transformer.

Repair and labour for Lifting/shifting to the place from where removed and re-installing the potential transformer including connecting HT/Earthing connecting including Testing and filling and commissioning of 33 KV PT etc.

Repair and Labour for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from 33 KV HT sides of the current transformer outdoor type of capacity 33 KV mounted on steel structure at 33 KV substation, keeping the disconnected connections at safe side and taking out the current transformer .

M&L for Heat shrinkable 33 KV (E) XLPE Indoor termination ( 3 core ) , HT underground cable of size 3 core 240 sqmm, 33000 volts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame out door type suitable for vertical installation single brake provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel ,HT post type insulator ,copper alloy high pressure assembly ,operating rod of GI pipe medium grade confirming to IS-1818 of 1972 ,suitable for 11000 volt ,400 Amps incl dismantling of old one all as specified.

Dehydration of tranformer oil, obtained from transformers/voltage stabilizer/OCBs etc. Dielctric strength shall not be less than 40 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode after dehydration. Dehydration of transformer shall be carried out by using electrically operated dehydration machine and topping up/ replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as directed. Note :- Filteration of transformer oil shall be off loaded position of transformer.

Dismantling of U/S stay assembly carefully including stay wire necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, demolition of PCC of any type and removing from site all as directed.

Stay assembly complete with accessories and stay rod 16mm dia and 180 cm long, including ms galvanized stay plate 300 mm x300 mmx6mm and galvanized thimble complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 1 Note-(loop type insulator, stays clamps, excavation and earth work and concrete measured separately)

Dismantling carefully the existing U/S LT/HT Overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor and removing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, depositing spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out the periodical check and preventive maitenance as detailed below (interval between each of the periodic check and preventive maitenance, shall not exceed 03 months) for the entire system comprising of the existing HT VCB/SF-6 breaker, 33 KV, 800/1600 Amps, 25 kA with VCB/SF-6 panel etc. ABB Make and connected HT 33 KV Contralling relay panel at 33 KV receiving station complete all as specified and as directed:-

Servicing (i.e. light primary terminals) & carrying out repair/replacement (as directed) of defective components.

Function check.

Mechanisum servicing and lubrication.

Gas leak check.

Protection check.

Control wiring tightness.

Power connection tightness.

Insulation measurement of main circuit.

Contact resistance of main circuit.

Check oil leak of absorber.

Checking the operation of VCB/SF6 breaker.

Overhauling and Caliberation of O/C & E/F relays, Aux relay (through primary injection/secondary injection), testing on each multiple setting of relay.

Checking and recording of IR value of breaker trolly.

Checking/repairing/rectification of control wiring.

Cheking & repairing/replacement (as directed) of the panel heater & space heater.

Replacement of the unserviceable open circuit of CT's.

Testing CT & PT and their circuit.

Cleaning the breaker externally and internally thoroughly with lint free cloth, complete all as specified and as directed.

High voltage testing with high voltage tester of CT & breaker pole to withstand working pressure HT 33 KV to acertain srviceability, spare parts found defective to be replaced for smooth functioning as directed.

The servicing, overhauling and testing of 33 KV outdoor SF 6/VCB panel(including breakers) shall be got done by the contractor from the authorised agency/Rep of OEM (ABB) or SEB as approved by GE.

NOTE:- (i) The periodicity of carrying out the periodic check & preventive maintenance as per thr scope including in the above item shall be 03 months. Unit of the payment for carrying out each of the periodic check & maintenance of interval of 03 months shall be considered as 'Each'. Further in case the periodic check & preventive maintenance is required to be carried out, at a interval of less than 03 months, due to development of any defect or due to any reasons, whatsoever may be, as per the direction of the GE, the same shall also be carried out by the contractor, for which, No payment shall be admissible and the cost thereof, shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item.

(ii) After carrying out each of the periodical check and maintenace, the contractor shall submit the Serviceability and Recommendation Certificate from the Rep/Agency of OEM(ABB) or SEB as approved by GE.

(iii) Immediately after isuue work order, the periodic check & Preventive Maintenance included in above item & its connected items, shall be commenced by the contractor, simultaniously to the other repair/works as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Servicing /Repair to HT Pannel of having vaccum circuit breaker 33 KV rating of capacity current rating upto 800 Amps to 1600 Amps of any make & type, servicing of VCB by cleaning contacts moving parts removing dust particles from spout gear mechanisum and moving parts repairs to motor, change spring mechanisum tightening of nuts & bolts of entire trolly components all as directed inserting in trolly, testing, commissioning putting on the supply on load complete all as specified and directed and scope of work incudes following :- (a) Inspection and cleaning breaker mechnisum assembly & check proper operation and repair work.. (b) Servicing & overhauling for proper operation of door interlock, interlocking plates and shutter assembly inside of panel.permissible limits, readjust as recommended. (c) Check the mechanical on/off function, electrical & mechanical operation & damaged part of VCB. (d) Re-greasing with jelly of breaker mechanisum, adjustment of various mechanisum, setting as required, checking contact tightness, contact erosion pins, manually vaccume check of VCB. (e) Racking-Rack out operation in test and service position of VCB trolly

(Item No 84 Contd/...) (f) Megger Test (IR Value- 1KV/2.5KV) E-RYB, RY-YB, BR-R'R, Y'Y, B'B. (g) CRM Test(Contact Resistance) of Vacume Interupter RYB in On condition out side of panel. (h) Time test of contact pole by test kit (in mili seconds). (j) Function of closing coil, trip coil, spring charging motor, auxilliary contact, limit switch etc. (k) Checking and lubrication of various interlocks. (l) Removing all the moisture content inside the VCB panel all as specified by OEM. (m) After servicing test report shall be furnished in standard format approved by E-in-C. Note :- (i) The cost of minor parts ie nuts ,bolts,spring washers,dust cover ring of isolarors contacts,clips pins for release prop,Y phase shrouded over side stop pin,and all other minor parts ie packing essentially required to make the panel dust proof shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor . (ii) The servicing will be carried as per norms of OEM. (iii) The periodicity for carrying out the preventive maintenance as per the scope included in the above item shall be Three Months. Unit of the payment for carrying out each of the periodic check and maintenance at interval of Three Months shall be consider as each.

M&L for attending emergency breakdown for 33 KV VCB of any capacity as and when ordered by Engr-in-Charge, including servicing, adjusting & fault finding & rectifying the fault by skilled Engr & testing the unit complete & submitting test report all as specified and as directed. (a) Inspection and cleaning breaker mechanism assembly & check proper operation and repair work.. (b) Servicing & overhauling for proper operation of door interlock, interlocking plates and shutter assembly inside of panel.permissible limits, re-adjust as recommended. (c) Check the mechanical on/off function, electrical & mechanical operation & damaged part of VCB. (d) Re-greasing with jelly of breaker mechanisum, adjustment of various mechanisum, setting as required, checking contact tightness, contact erosion pins, manually vaccume check of VCB. (e)Racking-Rack out operation in test and service position of VCB trolly (f) Megger Test (IR Value- 1KV/2.5KV) E-RYB, RY-YB, BR-R'R, Y'Y, B'B. (g) CRM Test(Contact Resistance) of Vacume Interupter RYB in On condition out side of panel. (h) Time test of contact pole by test kit (in mili seconds).

(Item No 85 Contd/....) (j) Function of closing coil, trip coil, spring charging motor, auxilliary contact, limit switch etc. (k) Checking and lubrication of various interlocks. (l) Removing all the moisture content inside the VCB panel all as specified by OEM. (m) After servicing test report shall be furnished in standard format approved by E-in-C.

M&L for taking out VCB bus bar of capacty 800 to 2000 Amps from up to 33 KV VCB bus bar compatrment and cleaning the bus bar with CTC liquid replacement of HT sleeves of suitable sizes of Make-Raychem BPTM 120x50, 295342/18:49 upto 50 KV , HT insulation Tape for CT/PT connection, Re-fixing of bus bar by means of nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size including painting of bus bar combartment internally with insulation paint for removing moisture from VCB as specified and directed

M&L for carrying out high voltage test for 33 KV VCB, CT, CT Bus Bar, PT, PT Bus Bar, Bus Bar Duct, Spout & Insulators, Main Chember etc, upto 45 KV all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling transformer oil suitable for 33 KV grade with correct grading with demoisturising and removing the impurities if any from the fresh oil and oil demoiturising in plant under specific vaccum and refilling through conservation tank upto the specified level and to maint dielectric strength of oil upto 60 KV all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old jumper connection of 33 KV yard pole structure from line/AB/DO & refixing complete with new conductor, including line tap, lugs & PVC alkdin/pipe sleeve etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing all connections of Earthing in 33 KV Yard from test point, replacement of all rusted nuts & bolts with washers, test point from equipment, checking result of earthing with earth test equipment and preparing records all necessary required at site as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for scraping all earth chambers in 33 KV yard areas, repainting of earth chembers with cement/oil paint, marking of earth chambers name with appropriate paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge,

S&F in replacement of seal maitenance free battery for battery bank 30 Volts, 100 AH, making Connection with and including suitable size of cable or bus bar, Battery charger for battery bank incuding installation/testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : EXCIDE/AMAR RAJA/TECSON/ PANVA

M&L for cleaning of all 33 KV yard area, removing all Grasses, Bushes, Soil and waste material and thrown away from site, levelling all 33 KV yard area, Spraying of anti fungus/grass chemical in all areas before laying of old aggregate and after laying of new aggregate in all 33 KV Yard area all as specifie and directed

M&L for painting of 33 KV, 3.15 MVA Transformer, out door type, OLTC, Radiators with smoke gray synthetic enamel paint with two coats after cleaning & removing dust & dirt and cleaning with sand paper complete including writing of SM/MES number on transformer body with the letters 100 mm height with white synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 33 KV yard Steel structure complete with smoke gray synthetic enamel paint with two coats after cleaning & removing dust & dirt and cleaning with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

Fabricating, supply and fixing MES installation Glow sign board fabricated out of two side polycarbonate unbreakable sheet LG vinyl cutting duly framed with 18 SWG GI sheet and suitable angle iron frame of not less than 35x35x5 mm errected at a height of 1.5 mtr from ground level duly embedded in PCC. The sign Board to be written in bold letters of standard size as per sample, duly fitted with 2x10 watt LED tube light fitings with prewired and connectd to the street light feeder through one three core PVC insulated copper conductor 1.5 sq mm drawn through MS conduit of adequate size to avoid mechanical damage on ground and raising on sign board or street light pole or bldg for MES ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.
