Shifting ,loading ,safe Carriage ,unloading of Various MS Round Bar of size 36/40 mm & MS Flat of size 75x10 mm ,from Store Room to loading place of Sub station, then loading the same on Truck /Tata 407 with the help of Crane/Hydra at the same Sub stations. The details of items and Substaion listern below.(Crane/Hydra ,labour provided by contractor at his own cost)

MS Round Bar of size 36/40 mm from 400kv s/s Masauli to 132kv s/s Salayakhurd Prayagraj (Aproxx Dist-30km)-280 RMT

MS Flat of size 75x10 mm from 220kv s/s Shangipur ,Pratapgarh to 132kv s/s Salayakhurd Prayagraj. (Aproxx Dist-150km)- 340 RMT

Making of shielding Mesh of 132kv LA s installed at 132kv s/s Salayakhurd ,under ETD-III Prayagraj,Work includes fabrication of 06 Nos., 3 Meter long Electrodes of 36/40mm Dia. M.S Rod Bar having 150mm long conical shape for each bay and then its piercing vertically in the ground (Existing Hard Rock soil) using by Rock Drilling Machine from Top 500 mm below ground level ,Jointing the Electrodes with 75x10 mm size M.S Flat by welding for making of Mesh,Connecting the shielding mesh with Main Earth Mat at 2 Places and finally ,Painting of the Shielding Mesh/Earthing strip with anti-corrosive Paint with due Digging of Earth/Trench & its Back Filling ( 1 job per Bay).All Man ,Materials,T&P provided by Contractor at his own cost (M.S.Rod & Flat provided by Department free of cost, Chemical peat provided by contractor at his own cost). (All 03 spike must be inserted 3.5 mtr. ground level) The details are below:-
