Providing and applying HS TPO membrane of 1.2mm thick over the layer of 200gsm Geo-Textile with overlap joints of 75 mm in both longitudinal and transverse direction of the TPO and sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with terminatin strip and fix it by screw at 300 mm c/c and sealed with HS Jointseal PU on top including surface preparation like remove all loose gravels,dirt,oil,grease,and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application and PCC / cementitious coving of 75 mm radius shall be provided at all junctions between vertical and horizontal faces before application of TPO completely as per specification and direction.( Note:- work to be carried out by authorised applicator of OEM.) M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement moratr 1:4 on brick/concrete/stone wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete with and including taking down cement or lime plaster or racking of pointing and scrubbing out existing finishes on wall 10 Mtr height of bldg incl all necessary arrangement like scaffolding and masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparating new surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete as in ceiling/landing etc on concrete surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement with and including taking down cement or lime plaster of any description and preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick/concrete/stone wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete with and including taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone /brick/concrete wall etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrurbbing down with water and disposing of the rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls & other surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors etc and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 75 mm thick 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring for auditorium seating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 25 mm thick (1:2:4) Type-B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in level course to receive to floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified tiles coloured pattern as required 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matches with and including laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 compete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M & L Granite (of any type) tiles, 18-20 mm thick machine cut laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the granite stone including cutting and polishing with and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing , including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall ceiling boards ( fibre, plup, insulation, etc) nor insulation boards/slabs/blamkets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

S & F 605 mm x 605 mm Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, (frame work shall made as per site requirement for any type , shape ) complete all as specified ®all as specified and dircted.

S & F 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 mm thick Perforated Acoustic Hilux Calcium silicate panels/tiles of any pattren made of siliceous and calcarireous material reinforced with cellous fibre fixing to aluminium grid work grid work by screwing 150 mm C/C as in wall panelling (Frame work for wall panelling shall be measured and paid separately in respective item) including fixing of glass wool/minaral wool by cutting to required size , shape and inserting in to frame work etc complete all as specified and directed. S & F 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 mm thick Acoustic Calcium silicate panels of siliceous and calcarireous material reinforced with cellous fibre fixing to 600 x 600 mm aluminium grid work grid work by screwing 150 mm C/C as in ceiling (Frame work for ceiling and False ceiling shall be measured and paid separately in respective item) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm with shutter (without taking off shutter frome the frame )
