Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of the rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type C-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

M&L for galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be maesured separately.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples of old serviceable barbed wire in position.

M&L for preparaition of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

S&F chain link MS galvanised fencing made of 3.98 to 4.00mm thick (08 Guage) galvanised wire and the length of side of mesh of 50 to 56.50mm (Gap) weight of chain link fence (not exc 4 Kg/Sqm) complete fixed to the fencing posts as indicated or as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured vitrified chequered tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 8-10mm thick, colour and design as approved, set and jointed using neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement or white cement mixed with pigment to match the surface, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), for steps, riser and stairs landing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast drain/ manhole cover slab,chullah hoods, chajjas and other similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work and fixed to drain complete all as specified and as directed

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required inclduing cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kayed pointing to brick walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels , roof etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparations i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, dusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1 : 2 : 4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with 10mm TMT bars with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of Finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified. Note: - Cost of formwork and welded mesh, bldg ht upto 12 mtr, shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
