SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (SPECIAL REPAIR & REPLACEMENT OF CGI SHEET AND ROOF TREATEMENT)

Dismantling roofing incl ridges, hips, Valley and gutters etc and stacking the materials with in 50 mtr lead of G.S. sheet

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing incl vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, incl a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excl the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and incl cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm over all width plain G.S. Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing valleys of 90cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G. I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 1.6 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m2

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm over all semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc, including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials within 50 mtrs lead

Dismantling roof work in frame , trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 meters span and 9 meters height including the materials within 50 meters lead :

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick multi purpose febric cement board with GI snap grid frame work.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (Two or more coats) over and including water thinkable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing wall with premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 meters leas as per direction of Engineer –In Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with cement concrete 1:2:4 (Average 40 mm thick

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP modified polymeric membrane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer which shall consist of bown type bitumen of grade 85/25 confirming to 5th layer of roofing membrane modified 1.5 m thick of 2.25 kg/Sqm weight consisting of five layer prefabricated with centre core as 20 micro HMHDPE film sandwiched on both side with polymeric mixed is protected on both side with 20 micro HMHDPE film 7th the top most layer shall be finished with brick tile of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar mixed with 2 % integral water proofing cement compound by cement cover a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 finished neat (item or laying bricks tiles shall be paid for separately)

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulted copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVCconduit/cassing capping with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M S box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulted copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group B

Wiring for light point /fan point /exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC insulted copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS Box and earthling the point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC as reqd

Wiring for light /power plug with 2X4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulted copper conducted single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit along with 01 No. 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit as required. 2+ 2.5 sqmm + 1 + 2.5 sqmm earth wire

Supply and fixing of following of sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories on surface/ recess including cutting the wall and making good the same on case of recessed conduit is required. 50 mm

Supply and fixing piano type switch/socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc, as required. 5/6 Amp Switch

Supply and fixing piano type switch/socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc, as required. 15/16 A Switch

Supply and fixing piano type switch/socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc, as required. 3 Pin 5/6 A Socket Outlet

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre wired, fluorescent fitting/compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with connections with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulted, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc, as required.

Supply and fixing3 modules (100mm X 75mm) size/modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches on recess etc, as required.

Supply and fixing 12 modules (200mm X150mm) size/modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches on recess etc, as required. 12 modules (200mm X150mm)

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (SPECIAL RERPAIR TO IRP &RO)

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene random copolymer) pipes, UV stabilized for hot and cold water supply, including all PP-r plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, including trenching, refilling and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engr in Charge (External Work) PN – 10 Pipe, 110 mm OD (SDR -11)

-Ditto- as above but for PN – 10 Pipe, 63 mm OD (SDR – 11)

Providing and fixing C.I. double acting air valve of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. Complete ( The tail pieces, tapers etc if required will be paid separately) 50 mm dia.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2500 GPH capacity MS fabricated factory made pressure cum iron removal plant complete with connecting MS fabricated inter connecting MS fabricated frontal pipe line system 1200 mm dia X 1500 mm height, material code :IS 2062 with oxidation chamber 450 mm dia 600 mm height with all accessories as follows (a) Frontal pipe 50 mm dia (b) Cast iron butter fly value of 50 mm dia (c) Filter media (sand and gravels) (d) Under bed plates system fitted with PVC strainer (e) Air compressor for proper aeration (f) Coagulation system (g) Chlorine dozing pumping with FRP storage tank 100 ltr (h) Pressure gauge, air vent system, back washing facilities incl civil foundation, work with all related electrical and mechanical wk etc in all complete as directed by Engr in Charge (Make Ramco/Zeout/Ion Exchange)
