Preliminary checking and testing of IR value, insulation leakage of stator, cracks of porcelain bushings, conn. Terminal leads, fibre glass terminal blocks and rotr end ring joints etc, before to detect the fault for 3.3 KV /6.6 KV sq. cage induction Motor.

Supplying and making out door cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of of 11KV grade as required: 3M/Raychem make: 240-300 sq. mm.

Supply, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning of suitable joint box (insulator) for phase segregating terminal box for HT terminal box at Nazirgunj RWPS under HMC.

Properly checking of the motor , testing of developed IR value of the motor, leakage factor of bushings, Terminal shortings, IR value of G.F. blocks, etc. after necessary repairing works for 6KV squirrel cage induction motor.

b) Above 2 mm upto 10 mm thickness

Fabricating M.S. pipes of different diameter in shop out of 8mm to 12mm thick M.S plates supplied departmentally, cutting the plates to exact size & shape by gas cutting device and/or by adopting any other approved type of mechanical means, bending the same in true curvature by template and rolling machine of approved design including proper marking, levelling joints followed by electric arc welding as per relevant I.S. specification -longitudinal and circumferential, as necessary, usiug standard electrodes including edge preparation, electricity charges and hydraulic testing of the fabricated piece all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. [The Engineer-in-charge shall approve the electrodes for arc welding before use.]

a) Diameter from 450 mm & upto 600 mm. ii) 10mm thick plate

Gas cutting of M.S. pipes and/or M.S. plates of different thickness all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge. Thickness in mm, 10 mm.

Field welding of machined end pieces M.S. pipes and specials for laying the same inside trench/over ground by by means of electric arc welding as per relevent IS specification using electrodes including edge preparation and charges of deployment of electric generator set with fuel lubricant and all otherbtools and plants all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge. ( EIC shall approve the electrodes for arc welding before use.) Throat thickness in mm. 10mm.

Supplying and fabricating 20 mm to 32mm thick (finished thickness) M.S flange properly ribbed one face machined including drilling holes as per standard tables fitting fixing the same with MS pipes by electric arc weldingas per relevant IS specification using standard electrodes and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Flange joint to C.l./D.l/M.S. pipes and specials including supply of rubbergasket, nuts, bolts, washers etc. of best quality to make the joint watertightat required hydraulic pressure all complete as per specification & directionof the Engineer-in-charge. Diameter in mm

For 450mm dia.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :Two coats (with any shade except white)

Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable pre/post chlorination monoblock pump motor set, all complete.

Deduction will be made for Item No.7 @ 15% & Item No.15.02 (b) @ 8% accordingly
