SITC of 40 HP Star-Delta Starter suitable for operation of 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 3-phase squirrel cage induction motor, complete with sheet steel IP54 enclosure, star, main and delta contactors, adjustable thermal overload relay, star-delta timer, single phasing and phase failure protection, push buttons, indicating lamps, control wiring, terminal blocks, cable glands, earthing terminals and all other standard accessories required for safe and satisfactory operation. The starter shall be manufactured using L&T/Schneider/Siemens/ABB/Havells or equivalent/ As per EOI, approved make switchgear and shall conform to IS/IEC 60947. The item includes complete installation, testing and commissioning over in all respects.

SITC of 50 kVA, 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 3-phase, manually operated oil-cooled voltage stabilizer suitable for operation of 3-phase induction motors, complete with copper wound transformer, off-load tap changing arrangement, incoming and outgoing terminals, earthing terminals, lifting lugs, M.S. tank, base channels, all internal wiring, insulating oil, foundation hardware and all standard accessories required for safe and satisfactory operation. The stabilizer shall conform to relevant IS standards, and the item shall include complete installation, testing and commissioning over in all respects.

Providing, fabrication, supplying, laying, fitting, testing and commissioning of 350 mm dia MS suction pipe, 5 mm thick, fabricated from tested MS plates conforming to IS 2062, complete with welded circumferential and longitudinal joints, both-end MS slip-on/weld neck flanges drilled to suit mating flanges, stiffening rings (where required), supports, cutting, edge preparation, welding, surface cleaning, one coat oxide primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint, including transportation, erection, alignment, nuts, bolts, gaskets, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects.

The item shall include lowering into position, alignment, fixing to the suction pipe, tightening of flange joints, testing for leakage and proper operation, and commissioning, complete in all respects.
