NOTE FOR PLUMBING AND SANITARY ITEMS:- (i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of plumbing and sanitary wares materials required / covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit. (ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis. (iii) make specified in BOQ will supersede to all.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt,old roof tiles,including taking down cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof , chajjas, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges giving proper slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour WPT external walls and chajjas by applying two coats of elastomeric coating material after cleaning the surfaces and exposing and opening all visible cracks throughly and sealing all with acrylic sealing compound as per manufacturer specification and direction of EIC.Make: Dr fixit or equivalent as approved by GE

Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details complete all as specified and directed (a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal of rubbish to a distance of 5KM to 7.5KM .(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc.(c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit"Pidicrete URP" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E'.) (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape"or equivalent as given in Appx 'E' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E'. Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E' on all angle fillets by brush

Material and labour mild steel, Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250 quality-A) Framed work as in doors or gates,roof structure of any size and section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; including all necessary fitting, also fastening and fixing, including dismantling mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, including dismantling existing unserviceable sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry at any height, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry at any height, including dismantling of old serviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6, at any height, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour hardwood second class Clean sawn battens at 15 cm centres exc 5 and n exc 15 sq cm, under mangalore pattern tiles, including dismantling of old battens, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Supply and fix factory made internal PVC door frame of size 50x47mm single revated made out of extruded 5 mm PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and jointed with 02 Nos of 150 mm brackets of 15x15 mm MS square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be in forced with 40x20 mm MS tube of 19 gauge through out the frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
