Dismantling and taking out 2 pole structure of pre- stressed concrete pole/Steel pole of any size including breaking of PCC foundation and earth work etc and removal of debris where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out 4 pole structure of pre- stressed concrete pole/Steel pole of any size including breaking of PCC foundation and earth work etc and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling old UNSV stay assy complete of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old UNSV ACSR/Conductor of any size for HT/LT OH line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Dismantling/taking down cross arms, bracings, support, clamp including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of insulators HT\LT of any size for removal or refixing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cable route/path indicator of cast iron rounded plate 150mm dia casted letters name as HT UG cable bolted with 1mtr height of angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, embedded in PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated,screened,PVC beded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,Electric (earthed) type power cables (heavy duty)with aluminium conductor HT cable 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipes and refer HT cable laying procedure and shall be compiling in all respects Para 19.75 to 19.91 of SSR 2009 (Parat-I) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule. (ii) Marking feeding locations shown as incoming and outgoing with Red colour painted or adhesive stencil on a plate size 30cm x 20cmx3mm thick and duly affixed on steel structure with nut, bolt and clamps is deemed to include in quoted rates of this item.

All as per Item No 10 above here in before but HT cable 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth width and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying under ground cable in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean locally available sand for underground cable 8cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Pressed thickness shall be considered for payment purpose

S&F un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1 with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid flat length of cover across the length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cutting of road/hard standing up to 45 cm width and depth and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC type C2(1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe/laying cables complete all as directed by the Engr. in Charge. Note: Cost of road cutting is included in the unit rate of this item.

M&L for Boring hole across the Road/plinth/hardstanding/path/drain/pavement etc., suitable for inserting HDPE/GI pipe of upto 100mm dia bore pipe for cable passing without damaging existing Raod/path/hardstanding/floor by manual using trenchless technology tools/necessary equipment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size for 120 to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size for 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F HT 11 KV Air break switch, gang operated and drop out fuse unit of 12 insulators complete with all accessories, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism working from ground level, for current rating up to 400 Amps including GI pipe of suitable size,clamps,nuts,bolts amd washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm thick fixed by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected with 40 mm dia pipe light grade and watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade with socket and plug 30 cm above ground level including earthwork, PCC chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate, cast iron cover, wire meah etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 including dismantling old unservicable earthing complete and all as specified and direcrted by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (i) 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering to be provided with a socket and plug and should be 30 cms above ground level. (ii) GI strip connecting upto panel and DBs earth connection is included in this item(minimum 7.50 M). (iii) GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade protection pipe shall be provided upto Ground level.

All as per Item Ser No 22 above here in before but earthing for poles and other machinery/equipment using 4 mm dia GI wire as earthing lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe .

M&L for filling of aggregate for loose filling of size 40 mm to 80 mm graded brocken stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and errect steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified type 410 SP - 55(11.0M Long) as per is-2713(Part-III)of 1980 and applied three coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer to the exposed surfaces all as directed including dismentling existing pole Note:- (i) Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Steel tubular pole using for errecting 2/4 pole structure, labour and material cost for making aluminium conductor bus bar and necessary jumpering system with two pole and four pole structure is deemed to include in quoted rates. (iii) MS bracing,channels,cross arms and MS accessories shall be measured and paid separtely under relevent items of schedule.

M&L for fabrication of cross arms bracings supports,clamps and back plates,iron stainer, water gate, ladder for clear water tank etc as required structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding,bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size and including of one coat of primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) , type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PCC( 1 : 3: 6), type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4),type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping rounded chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pin type,porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height,150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F disc type insulator, porcelain,vitreous 150 mm high and 150 mm dia ball and socket type,white,brown or green 'Two in series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors,suitable for working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement lightning arresterss expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp suitable for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directred.

Supply, Installationation testing and commissioning HT 11 KV, 3 PH, 50 Hz, CPRI approved IP 65 protection AC system outdoor type feeder pillar duly powder coated to loop one outgoing for 95 Sqmm XLPE 11 KV cable having following specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The cubicle of HT feeder pillar shall be made out 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 1000 mm x 1000mm x 900mm with legs of 40 mm x 40mmx x 6mm of height 900 mm. The complete cubicle shall be rigid self supporting and standing. (b) The HT feeder shall have front and rear opening. (c) Front compartment shall be suitable for connecting the teminals of cobles and the rear for cable terminations. (d) Cubicle shall be provided with two nos of doors for front and for back side alowwith 3 nos of hinges on each door. (e) A centrally operated three positions locking arrangement shall be porvided for the door. (f) Two keys shall be supplied for each feeder pillar. (g) In additions angle angle cleats shalll be displayed on the left hand side of front and back doors . (h) Enameled danger board with "DANGER 11000 VOLTS" mark shall be displayed on the left hand side of fron and back doors. (j) Two nos of earthings bolts hall be provided with cubical. One each at front and rear side of pillar. The same shall be easily accessible (k) The cable entry shall be from rear side of the pillar alonwith removable gand plate. (I) Cable chamber shall be provided with perforted metal sheet separte for each chmber. (m) 3 No.of copper Bus bars of 500 Amp provided shall be adequately sukpported on 06 No. insulatrs to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitbale colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication.

(n) The insulating material sused shall be Epoxy type insulator, with uniform eqully spaced rings, suibale for 22 KV class insulation mounting of these insulatrs shall be with 4 NOs of threated holes on the central vertical 10 SwG MS plate. (o) foundation for the panels should be provided with PCC (1.3.6), type C2 at depth of 150 mm below GL and 400 mm above the GL with slot openings for i/C and O/G cables base frame for cubicle for mounting shall be made out of 40X40X6mm equal angle iron duly painted. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 201485.00 will be deducted on account of credit for taken down material.
