Providing cast in situ cement concrete 1: 11/2 : 3 (one cement, one and half M.Sand and three coarse aggregate) using 20mm size HBBG metal for 23cm dia pile including cost of materials labour, hire charges for machinery for earth work for forming 30cm dia bore hole to the required depth before concreting excluding cost of steel reinforcement (Data for 4.50 RM)

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2 metre in hard stiff clay stiff black hard red earth shales murums, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM STAIRCASE STEPS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by suarina props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specfication and as directed.

Supply fabrication and placing imposition of mild steel for steel rod of various sizes as directed including all labour charges for cutting and binding and tying with cost of binding wire, etc., complete as per standard specification.

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 Mix (One cement one point sand Three hard broken granite stones) for all the reinforced cement concrete works using 20mm gauge hard blue granite stone jelly including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for concrete mixing, laying, watering curing properly excluding cost of steel and centering etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and Filling with excavated earth in layer of 30 cm watered well ramme and consolided

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soiffts including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS, top and bottom slabs of boxing, sill slabs, sunshades etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete as directed.

Fly ash brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using Fly ash bricks of size 9'x4 3/8" 2 3/4" including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply and Fabricating steel Grill for Compound wall in both ways using 12mm Square rod
