M&L for cutting of existing road/hard standing// footpath surfaces for laying water tubing of any description and making good to distrubed surfaces with PCC type C- 2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor and shall be paid under schedule of credit.

Taking down the defective submersible motor of any make 415 volt 3 phase 10 HP by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor by decoupling with pump, transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge replacement of unserviceable part incl bearing and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing and re assembling the motor completely with all connections as specified and directed. Note : (i) Burnt out winding wire shall be property of contractor and shall be paid under schedule of credit. (ii) Work shall be carried out by authorised agent of manufacturer of motor and written approval of the same shall be obtained from Accepting Officer before execution of the work.

Material and labour for cleaning of Underground/semi underground sumps of 1 Nos of 10000 Gallon capacity through 7" stage mechanical tank cleaning process by involving the following six (7) stages of cleaning process complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Draining out reserved water by opening drain out valve/ dewatering system. (b) Removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank by using TERBACK G10 Chemical and Scrubbing the wall of tank all complete. (c) Cleaning inside sufaces of the tank with Fresh water by high speed jet pump all complete. (d) First bacteria screening for sterilisation by using TERBACK all complete. (e ) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner all complete. (f) Second bacteria screening for sterilisation by using UV rays all complete. (g) Third bacteria screening for sterlisation by using TERBACK G65. Note : - (1) The entire work should be carried out be TANKCLEAN process by any franchises or M/s RAYS CLEANTECH, or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. (2) Entire T&P should be arranged by the Contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at the stipulated rate. (3) "Date of cleaning" should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100 mm height. Cost of the same is deemed inclusive in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank.
