M&L for carrying out servicing & maintenance of UPS of capacity 20 KVA of any make by strip opening of UPS, inspection/ servicing of all spare parts such as Drive cards, relay cards, Ac capacitors, inverter cooling fan, ceramic fuses, batteries and including replacing the defective spares if any complete, ressembling, calibration of UPS complete and testing & commissioning complete all as directed. Note : Major Spares such as Inverter Card/ Rectifier Card, AC/DC capacitors, replacement of Batteries required will be measured & paid separately under relevant Schedule. Taking out main transformer of the voltage stabilizer of capacity 50 KVA for repair/rewinding. Rewinding of the main transformer using super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including latherite paper, PVC sheets, sleeves etc all as required. Varnishing complete with insulating varnish, drying and refixing to the stabilizer after testing all as required at site or directed.

Taking out main transformer of the voltage stabilizer of capacity 500 KVA for repair/rewinding. Taking out the old unserviceable battery and supply and fix new 12 V, 180 AH maintenance free battery including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed

Taking out the old unserviceable battery and supply and fix new 12 V, 100 AH maintenance free battery including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed

Taking down defective street light fitting of any size/ type/ capacity from height of pole/walls/high mast of any location exceeding 7.0 m height for repair work and re-fixing back after repair work including checking, inspecting, testing and commmissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:a) The M/L for Items like ballast, lamp, igniters, capacitors, electronic drivers,surge protection devices etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in under this Schedule. b) Necessary tools like ladders & other T&P required etc shall be arranged by the Contractor. c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor parts nut bolts, circle clips, clamps etc if any required at site.d) The M/L for repairs to LED panel is not included in the scope and shall be measured and paid separately. Note: PCC will be measured & paid seperately

Supply and replace bottom cover plate of geyser of capacity 25/50 ltr complete with MS screw all as per sample.

Dismantling of Insulated hot water storage tank of capacity 200/300/500 Ltrs connected Solar Evacuated collectors/flat collectors and cold water tank with GI fittings & PVC pipe connection. Servicing,Testing, Commissioning & descaling of Hot water storage tank removing of corrosion/dust, replacement of UNSV PVC pipe after re-fixing the same.

Service and descaling of Solar Evacuated tube Collector/Flat collectors with sulphuric acid by forcefully injecting the hot chemical into collector for number of times to clean the Solar Solar Evacuated tube Collector/Flat Plate Collector and assembled the same.

S & F in replacement of Evacuated tube collector for Solar Water Heater of capacity 200 LPD of suitabale size as per sample approved by Engineer -in-charge on the gound.

Replacement of heating element 2/3 KW suitable for stand by back up supply to solar water heater.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable stop valves and S & F stop valves , cast copper allow, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or fixed Size 15mm ISI mark.

Supply and fix in replacement of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank three layer of 1000 Ltr storage cap with float valve with proper fixing on stand with Including suitable connected with accessories as specified or directed by Engr-in-carge (Note: MS Angle measured and paid separately)

S&F laminated sticker of size 8"x12" having background of navy blue and letters of white colour as directed by Engr-in-charge. The words shuold have in capital letters. The following do's and don't shall mentioned of the sticker :-

(i) The geyser should be switched on 60 to 75 minutes before the actual time when hot water is required.

(ii) Switch off the geyser during night.

(iii) Switch off the geyser when not required for 3 to 4 hours continuously.

(iv)The indicator lamp indicates that the current is passing through the heating element and water heater is working.

(v) In case any water leak is noticed from any part of geyser including accessories, should be reported to MES.

DON'TS

(i) Don’t Keep the geyser switched on during night or at the time when not required.

(ii) Don't adjust the high pressure reducing valve.

(iii) Don't use the geyser when indicator lamp is not working.

(iv) Don't use the geyser when three pin plug with necessary earthing connection have not been provided.

(v) Don't switch on the geyser if water does not come out from the delivery tap.

(vi) Don't close inlet water stopcock.
