M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 35 mm thick, Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar (1:4), (measured solid), including all mouldings including dismantling of existing jallies of any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls all as specified and direcrted.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.
