COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 3 X 120 KVA UPS SYSTEM CONNECTED TO OLD SERVER ROOM AND IR SYSTEM COMPLETE AT DIPAC UNDER GE UTILITY PLANT AND MACHINERY DELHI CANTT-10

Comprehensive maintenance of microprocessor online UPS capacity 120 KVA of 3 Nos {Make of UPS:- EMERSON (VERTIV)}compriing of suitable Nos of power modules with IGBT based rctifier to achive input THDI<6% and input power factor of greater than 0.98 at 100% loading the UPS frame shall have the space to scalable 20% of the rated output in future if required. True online double conversion (VF) as per (IEC 62040-3) UPS using PWM IGBT technology three phase input and three phase 400 volts output UPS system and each comprising of the following:- NOTES:- (i) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (ii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing UPS by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the UPS.

Notes for item No. 1 contd......./ :- (iii) After complaint lodging within 02 hours OEM required to reach on site including Sundays and Holidays. (iv) The contract including 100% spare parts like replacement of electrical switchgear, fuses, control & power transformers (if applicable), dust filters, indicating lamps, however repairing of above components will be part of scope if repairable (Except batteries) including labour, battery will be supplied by the Department under Schedule 'B' for free for fixing only. Fixing charges of battery will be included in the quoted rate. (v) Monthly check shall be carried out by OEM only as per mentioned in particular specification. (vi) Contractor have to submit mainanence report duly signed by OEM for each UPS separately as per performa. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE MONTHLY DONE BY OEM AS FOLLOWS:- (a) Cleaning up of unit, Visual Inspection to check any deformation. (b) Checking and Adjustment (if needed) of Power parameters like input, output, DC voltage and AC voltage. (c) Checking and Adjustment (if needed) of Control parameters on different PCBs. (d) Tightness of all connection, if unit shut down possible. (e) Functional Checking up of Rectifier, Inverter and Static Switch Section. (f) With customer approval, perform operational test of the system including unit transfer and battery disharge. (g) Install or perform Engineering Field Change Notices (FCN) as necessary. (h) Battery health check ups 03 times during the comprehensive maintanence period for which shut down shall be co-ordinated with the approval/ permission of User/ DIPAC.

Notes for item No. 1 contd......./ :- ANNUAL SYSTEM HEALTH CHECK DONE BY OEM AS FOLLOWS:- (a) Perform a temparature check on all breakers, connections and associated controls. (b) Perform a complete visual inspection of the equipment including subassemblies, wiring harnesses, contacts cables and major components, check air filters for cleanliness. (c) Rectifier and Inverter snubber boards for discoloration, burned or broken wires. (d) Power capacitors for swelling or leaking oil and DC capacitor vent caps that have extruded. (e) Meaure and record harmonic trap filter currents. (f) Check all nuts, bolts, washers and connectorsfor tightness and heat discoloration. (g) Review system performance with customer to address any questions and to schedule any repairs.

Comprehensive maintenance of IR system installed at DIPAC in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM by regularly examining and carried out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for following accessories in IR system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Premier Elite 168 panel -- 01 No. (b) Premier 8XP -- 04 Nos. (c) Premier LCD Keypads -- 09 Nos. (d) Premier CO Gsm -- 01 No. (e) Wired PIR Prestige DT -- 07 Nos. (f) Inpaq E White Shock Sensor -- 07 Nos. (g) Sounder Odyssey3 -- 04 Nos. (h) Synchronized Twin Beam -- 21 Nos. NOTES:- (i) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (ii) After complaint lodging within 02 hours OEM required to reach on site including Sundays and Holidays. (vi) The contract including 100% spare parts (Except batteries) including labour, battery will be supplied by the Department under Schedule 'B' for free for fixing only. (viii) As per user requirement when IR system brief required Contractor provide with in two days and rates for the same will be included in the quoted rate.

Notes for item No. 1 to 3 :- (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done throuhg OEMs i.e. M/s VERTIV. Necessary intent of MoU (on serial Page No. 97) from OEM as per Proforma & same shall be uploaded with cover -1, failing which the financial bids of that tenderer will not be opened & reject the tender in technical evaluation. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given on page No 98 to 100 from M/s VERTIV within seven days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing UPS system by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment.

Notes for item No. 4 :- (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done throuhg OEMs i.e. M/s CREATIVE TELECOM P. LTD. Necessary intent of MoU (on serial Page No. 97) from OEM as per Proforma & same shall be uploaded with cover -1, failing which the financial bids of that tenderer will not be opened & reject the tender in technical evaluation. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given on page No 98 to 100 from M/s CREATIVE TELECOM P. LTD within seven days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing IR system by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment.
