Demolition of brickwork masonry built in lime or cement mortar including all quiens arches pillars etc but including concrete articles.

Demolition of cement concrete in drain paving etc. not exc. 15 cm thicknes above or below ground level.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep as in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point of soils all as specifed and directed.

M & L brick work withsub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel & drain including necessary form work complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work;vertical or to batter complete.

M&L Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete as per directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes , drain cover etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to lengh bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in stirrups.

M & L as in repair providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 25mm thick solid including all moulding incl frame of pcc (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) crushed stone & set in CM 1:4 coplete all as spfd & directed. Note- reinforcement shall measured seprately , the pre cast jali shall have even & smooth finished in one side & even & fair on other side .

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for one coats of cement based paint over a coat primer including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L a coat of synthetic enamel paint over old steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete.

M & L for 20mm thick Z black granite machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete

M & L for machine pressed roubber moulded interlocking tiles 300 x 300 x 30 mm thick with grey cement and pigment over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L for DWC HDPE pipes Class SN-8 laid in trenches of 150 mm internal diameter of pipe and jointed as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, chan link fencing but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F for framed work such gates, guard bards including pintle hinge , stops, hand made sliding bolt etc with ends of bar should and /or reveted or forged into spikes, confirming to Fe 290 grade E-165 as specified and directed

M & L two coat of syntetic enamel paint over new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described over one coat red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete.

Dismantling of old rusted chain link fencing complete.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type. Note : Fixing of chain link fencing will be measured seperately

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire
