Material and labour for taking up submersible pump set 7.5 HP from Deep well, 3-phase 415v,50Hz, AC, opening the motor, cutting and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the starter and rotor with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enameled copper wire of approved make insulating the winding with same class of insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spray Painting of motor/ pump, Two coat enameled paint before one coat of red oxide paint including scraping and writing MES/SM No complete all as specified and directed of the following capacities.

Excavation in trenches for laying of GI water tubing etc., getting out in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and in layers n.exc 25cms thick without damaging pipes/special fittings as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/Replacement of CPVC pipe line checking and arresting of leakage at both ends, testing of leakage after rectifying , complete of the following size of pipe as specified and directed.

Material and labour for purichloro (65 - 70%) calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite in 45 kg Drum complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting /removing the old unserviceable starters parts from the panel and supply and fixing faulty contactor with relay for fully automatic star delta starters for AC 415v, 50Hz, 3-phase suitable upto 7.5 HP capacity electric motor complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only of Sand, Silex and Pebbles for MGF ACF filters of different sizes as per specified for the sizes 800mm dia of vessel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) MGF (b) ACF .

Supply only of resin with strainer 30 Nos for filters as per specified for the size of vessel of Softener complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only of activated carbon for ACF coconut shell of activated carbon IV 900 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of EPDM Rubber gasket, 5mm thick for vessels 800 OD to 700 ID complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only nut, bolt and washers for dish of vessels of size 15mm (D) x 62mm (L), having a set of (1 bolt + 01 nut + 02 Washers) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for taking out/ disconnection of disinfection system, PSF, ACF, Softener & Brine system including removal of old filter media of 03 vessels including rubbing and cleaning, loading of new filter media and fixing of valves of all 3 vessels including patch/ welding, fabricating, refilling, replacing defective/ rusted portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for construction of block masonry valve pit complete with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 solid block walling 20cm thick set in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on the top of wall, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 on inside and exposed external surfaces up to 150mm below GL, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, angle iron frame and locking arrangement etc., including dismantling old existing damaged valve pit complete of following sizes all as specified and directed:-

Supply and fix for Ball valve (ISI) marked suitable for CPVC pipe with wheel head screwed both ends for pipe suitable for following bore of pipe including taking down old existing valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Single phase 1 HP open well submersible Pump with CI Impeller, Gland packing suitable for fixing all as per required at site and specified by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC Insulated and PVC Single core Sheathed Multi Core Bright Annealed Bare Copper Conductor Heavy Duty Industrial Flexible Cables for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts, 4 Sqmm, Single core suitable for 1HP to 3 HP submersible motor complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of good quality Raingun type sprinkler automatic HT-40G Penguin 1.25" inch rain gun with female threaded, heavy duty, brass nut, tube, nozzles with stainless steel Pivot Pin and nut and bolt with proper fixing arangement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking out/lifting of submersible pump with submersible cable, supporting wire and column pipe and lowering after completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for flushing of borewell through high pressure air compressor upto satisfaction level and carring out yield test for the same bore well before and after flushing complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and arresting of HDPE pipe line for leakage at both ends, testing of leakage after rectifing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and washing of inside portion of semi under ground sump (square) of capacity 60000 Ltrs at SESS Palayamkottai by pumping out complete water including removing of sand/ mud/ slit/ sludge and deposit the mud/ sand to a distance of 50mtr away from UG Sump cleaning the bottom floor and inside wall using wire mesh brush/ scrubber and washing of inner surface using lime and bleaching powder and applying one coat white wash on inner surface, black synthetic enamel paint single coat in metal surface of ladder/ manhole covers etc. and refilling of water through water bowser as specified including writing tank capacity and cleaning date with white paint on the base in black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for attending breakdown complaints like no water supply in service tank, pipe line leakages etc and also removing air lock in married / OTM accommodation with help of required tools and fixing of GI fittings of any size/dia like union, elbow, tee, bend, nipple, socket complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the fittings required for repair.
