MACDAMISATION OF MAIN ROAD, SICOP LANE, OPTRAX LANE, AND ARMY LANE AT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, ZAINAKOT,PHASE III.

Supplying, stacking, laying spreading of graded stone aggregates ( 63mm to 43mm size) WBM GII in uniform thickness including rolling with PRR 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of stone screening 13.20mm size and binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering compacting to required density (finished work to be measured) with all leads, lifts, and carriages as involved from source upto the site of work

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM ) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads, lifts laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base 1 base coarse on well-prepared surface (removal of unhygienic material or debris etc wherever required) and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Ton capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer Incharge. (75mm compacted thickness).

Providing and applying tack coat on W.B.M surface @0.75 Kg / sqm and on BT surface @0.50 Kg/sqm using hot straight run bitumen of grade BG 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operate spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification

Providing and applying 50mm thick bituminous macadam base coarse with stone aggregate of quantity size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of 80/100 @ 3.3% by weight of total mix included hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density incld.
