Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying LT cable, foundations etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying dry sand cushioning for UG cable protection in trenches with fine river sand 9 cm before laying cable and 9 cm deep cover after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for brick protection cover to underground cable with sub-class ‘B’ old size over burnt bricks laid dry and flat across the axis of cable, abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for making hole by suitable means for insertion of GI pipe 80 mm bore for passing cable across the road without cutting the road complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying including testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable 150Sqmm x 3.5core, heavy duty, with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, laid in treanchs/ ducts/ along wall / under road etc., including taking down or out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of galvanised tubing light grade laid in trenches or fixed to pole and / or laid under road in any position with necessary clamp nut and bolt etc of 80mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 50 mm dia GI pipe ‘light grade’ with all fittings for protection of cable laid in trenches, road crossing, drain crossing, under floor or fixed to iron structures/poles complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for filling in mass concrete for pole and stay complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of pole etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing as in repair steel tubular swaged pole 9.00m long Type -410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,nuts, bolts and washers etc. and fixed into plain cement concrete foundation duely painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparetion of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide upto 1.50m( above PCC coping) by black, yellow paint in alternate layers and pole nos. including dismantling of old poles of any description including demolition of concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth work, cement concrete will be measured and paid seperately.

Material & labour for replacement of Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape & size as indicated or directed and including of one primer coat one under coat one finishing coat with aluminium paint including taking down old unserviceable cross arms.complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white/ brown / green insulator 100mm height and 65mm dia for 1100volts grade, including galvanized MS spindle with two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, fixed in repair, complete all as directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade 7.5m complete as in repiar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate 600 x 600 x 3mm thick buried directly in ground pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20X3 mm duly encased in 50 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe both up to 7.5 mtr in length by means of brass nuts bolts check nut and wahsers starting from earthplate to panel/transformer side all as specified and including necessary excavation earth work, PCC pit 40mm RCC cover made from RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggreagate concrete reinforced with 6mm dia bars 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia PGI funel wire mesh and GI pipe light grade 20mm for watering starting from top edge of the plate complete all as specified testing as per electrical plate No 5 of SI 1991 (Part 1). The earth plate shall be surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust with common salt, packed on all side of earth plate in alternate layers of thick ness 15 cm each including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 mtr complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of SI Part- I 1991, Page No.19-49 complete as in repiar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for scrapping, cleaning, including necessay preperation of old steel surfaces LT panel of any size (outer surfaces) and applying two coats of syntheic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
