Excavation over areas n.exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in hard /dense soil

Rolling and consolidating formation with power roller with exc 8 tonn to 12 tonn in cutting surfaces.

M & L for 150mm thick soling (or sub base) with Brocken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber

M&L for 250mm thick with granite stone aggregate of specified grade spared using mechanical paver as specified (compacted thickness) double layer WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size ) ,spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L Using applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10kg per 10 sq metre

M&L Premix bituminous, paving bitumen any penetration laid/rolled power road roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-30)and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows including glass beads dispenser etc. and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on road pavements withhot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructuon complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Moorum/red bajari, 100mm thick (spread thickness) as in berm spread, rooled consolidated to gradient and camber required.

M&L for moorum red bajri filling in road side berms, paving, laid in layers n exc 75mm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering using light weight roller all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a dist n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.50m

S&F for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors etc using synthetic rubber adhesive cement solvent complete all as specified.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam exc 50mm but not exc 100mm in deep, surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and removing exc 50 metres and stacking complete all as specified.

M&L for 150mm thick with granite stone aggregate of specified grade spared using mechanical paver as specified (compacted thickness) double layer WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size ) ,spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm,using paving bitumen VG-30, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm VG-30 blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to cleaned surface with mechanical air comressure to remove all loose dirt

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) consolidated thickness 30 mm with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 Ton Power Roller complete to a uniform surface all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints 150mm thick filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade'A'

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in any position and paving not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for glossy finished heavy duty chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick set jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry including 20 mm thick screed bed of CM(1:6) in floors

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping chamfering side packing of chequered tile complete all as specified.
