Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of specified diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. Laying the Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement Four sand and Eight broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG Machine crushed stone jelly of size 40mm gauge for foundation and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., including laying,compacting curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rates inclusive of Centering ,shuttering, strutting, propping,removal of form work if it is required and all leads ,lifts etc..

The Door is to be fixed to existing wooden partition/wall with heavy duty 5" Stainless Steel hinges, and shall have godrej Or equivalent mortice lock. All the edges of the door to be covered with 35 x 12 mm Teak wood beadings, The cost shall include Frame of 1st class Teak wood Frame of 150mm x 50 mm, all labour, materials, mortice lock, tower bolt inside, door stopper, Door Closer strictly as per the given design & drawing etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing at site 12.0mm toughened glass fixed glazing to be fixed with SS patch fittings at the site including filling of silicon sealant at all edges, gaps, wherever necessary as per the site condition, all materials, labour etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

UPVC Ventilator Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills to the window openings,along the details as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. SCHEDULE D- INTERIOR WORKS Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling (equivalent to Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be "tongue-and-grooved" to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply Providing and fixing GYPSUM BOARD FALSE CEILING in levels as per the detailed drawing - made up of G.I frames as specified by Gypsum India/Saint -Gobain Gyproc and 12mm thick Gypsum board with suitable suspenders fixed to the ceiling. Ceiling section, perimeter channel of size 20X27X30 mm and 0.55 mm thick for light fittings, AC Grills, diffusers, suspenders etc. shall be standard sections supplied by Gypsum India/ Saint Gobain. Spacing of intermediate channels shall be at 1200 mm c/c and ceiling section at 457 mm c/c. The work includes taping and jointing, applying primer, two or more coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade ICI/ ASHIAN PAINTS make, making cut-out for light fixtures /fittings, etc. The Final coat shall be done with FOAM ROLLER and no brush marks should be visible. Providing Ceiling Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevical and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / Slate Polka Mineral Fibre/ GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270 kgs / m3, weight 4kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. The skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Lightning Rod Supply of Early Streamer Emission Air Terminal (ESEAT). Model: L The ESEAT has corrosion resistant stainless chrome body made up of AISI 316 grade of height 0.50 metres capable of working in hazardous atmosphere.
