Assistance for proper cleaning of drainage, coal spillage, level crossing, upgradation of coal stock by mechanical means at IR siding and NTPC wharf wall siding of Dipka Area for a period of 365 days.

Amount

Proper cleaning of drainage, coal spillage, level crossing, upgradation of coal stock through the removal of big sized coal pieces at IR siding and NTPC wharf wall siding by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator of one cum bucket capacity) for 12 hours in general shift with operators. Hydraulic excavator is to be made available continously at the working place in the shifts (12 hours), Working hours: 8 hours per day. Scope of Work: Hiring of hydraulic excavator/JCB along with one operator/driver (including staggered rest), cost of lubricating oil, diesel/petrol/kerosene oil and other consumables for running machines, charges on per day basis for one manshift.

Note: (i). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 01 no. (ii). All manpower must be VTC trained and must be provided with safety equipment such as safety shoes, fluorescent jackets, helmets, safety belts etc. Providing of these safety equipments will be under the scope of contractor. (iii). The rate is inclusive of diesel cost, POL, operator wages, Contractor's Profit & other overhead expenses etc. excluding GST, CMPF & Pension of operator wages. (iv). Hydraulic excavator can also be deployed at any other locations as per instructions of Engineer In-charge.
