Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tilling incl mortar beding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified.

M/L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as sepcified.

M&L for non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the floor, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 450x300x7 mm thick, laid over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation ,etc. ) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of grid size 605 x 605 mm for false ceiling complete all as specified.

S&F for Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

S&F for 4 mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed to aluminium framework, complete all as specified. Note: Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and fair, complete all as specified.

Providing and laying APP(Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 4mm thick water proofing membrane,black finished reinforces with nonwoven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer of bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C 0.87-0.89 Kg/litre and viscosity 70--160cps.Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and seiling all joints etc and preparing the surface complete. The vitalphysical and chemical parameters of the membarane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transvrese direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membarane not less than 150 degree C. Cold flexibility shall be up to -2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM,D complete all as specified.
