| 1 | Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning 34 HP outdoor unit with cooling of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system with multi indoor unit with outdoor units including individual controller for cooling type operation. Outdoor units equipped with highly efficient twin rotary compressors with inverter type compressor, special acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, having interconnected control wiring between indoor unit, outdoor unit & control panel and refrigerant piping housed in compact housing duly powder coated complete as required for trouble free operation, refrigerant should be R-410a complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Out door unit:
(i) Highly efficient Inverter Compressors: The unique design of the inverter compressor ensures that the refrigerant is directly injected in to the compressor chamber. The suction gas enters directly into the scroll, there is no super heat gain due to compressor motor assembly, this results in efficiency enhancement by upto 3%.
(ii) VRF units are fitted with 100% inverter compressors. The unique logic of the system is that it optimally loads compressors in such a way that maximum efficiencies are achieved under any load condition.
(iii) High COP and IPLV (Integrated Part Load Value).
(iv) 100% capacity at 43 degree centigrade.
(v) Non-stop operation even at 56 degree centigrade.
(vi) Wide Operating Range: The system can operate from 10 degree centigrade to 56 degree centigrade in the cooling mode.
(vii) Superior Accumulator Design: The VRF system is designed with the largest twin Accumulator in its class. This new design allows the system to perform seamlessly in low-load condition even below 30% without tripping.
viii) Weather Proof Outdoor Unit Design: Outdoor unit is specifically designed to handle extreme climatic conditions, corrosion and polluted atmosphere.

* Conformal coating on PCBs to protect from dust and humidity.
* Hydrophilic blue fin for better corrosion resistance.

| 1.01 | * Demand Control Mode or Economy Mode the capacity of the ODUs of the VRF can be set at 25%, 50% & 75% depending on the need.
(ix) The system designed to operate across a wide voltage range from 320 volts to 460 volts resulting in high uptime even in erratic power conditions.
* Emergency Backup Operation, the compressor backup in outdoor units that have two compressors, the VRF system can function or maintenance down time of one compressor. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning indoor cassette unit of the following capacities, 4 way equipped with pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan, multispeed motor, coil section with DX coil, outdoor cabinet, drain pan and drain pump, cordless remote, cabling, vibration isolation, earthing, necessary supports etc as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.
