Supply and fixing battery lead of cross section 25 Sqmm single core copper conductor cable in colour code Phase cable in red and neutral in black of minimum lenth of 1 mtr including battery terminal and nut bolt as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement battery of 12 Volt 180 AH SMF type, rack mount dry battery for UPS/Voltage Stablizer including connection with suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Exide/Amron/Luminous as approved by GE. Note : Warranty certificate should be provided by the contractor for min Four years comprising of free replacement of battery in case of any fault found at later stage.

Supply and topup distilled /deionized water for lead acid battery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of AC cooling fans for inverter as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HRC power fuse standard model as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus in soft/loose soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to leakage of existing GI pipe line 15 mm to 20 mm bore in any positions (joints, fittings etc) on wall ,roof, floor etc including replacement of GI fittings such as tee ,sockets elbows,unions nipples,reducers etc incl necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI Pipe off size and Earth work for replcement of GI Pipe shall be measured and Paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.
