Plain cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete, sub base type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, using half brick thick honey combing wall built in in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm internal dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

RCC class NP3 drain pipes of 150mm bore ISI laid in trenches and jointed with & including collars and fittings as requised complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars, 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed and directed.

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture conforming to IS 2645-1975 of approved make complete all as specified and directed.(Dosage- @ 200ml per 50Kgs of Bags of cement)

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base, complete all as specified. Note:-Earth work required for embankment shall be arranged by the contractor from 500 mtr surrounding area and nothing extra payment shall be admissble to the contractor on this account. Hence contractor may quote rate accordingly.

LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, incl excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent soft,connection etc complete for 30 users complete all as specified and directed. Make-Sintex, Rajshree, Polycon Star and Comfort Polymers.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.
